The Futures Stars Game is annual event that pits some of the top middle school athletes from Florida and Georgia against each other. There is a game on the 6
th, 7
th and 8
th grade level. The Georgia-Florida Future Stars Game was launched in 2011 with the first game held in Atlanta. Future Stars Game started as an event to provide a student-athlete with an elite event in a college environment. Now entering its 11th year of the Georgia-Florida game, the event has changed some. In 2016 they expanded to include a Michigan-Ohio game. After that game dissolved they’ve welcomed North Carolina and South Carolina beginning in 2021.
This past National Signing Day saw 79 alumni in the class of 2022 sign National Letters of Intent.
Under the watch of Florida Director Fred Flowers, this past weekend Florida kicked off its tryouts in Fort Myers.
The eighth grade (class of 2026) MVP was
