Here is the 2nd part of a series where we take a look at which 2025 WRs demand your attention in the state.
CJ Wiley | 6’4 | Alpharetta
The first thing you notice about Wiley is that he is blessed with very impressive size. At 6’4 with a long wingspan, he is able to go up and high-point the ball as well as reach over smaller defenders to make plays. He can also sit in space and shield off defenders from the ball with his frame. The thing is, he is still growing into that frame, which means he has not even begun to reach his full potential. His game isn’t just defined by his frame though. He is a pretty fast runner who runs fluid routes. With the ball in his hands, he can make people miss and he fights for extra yards. Wiley has the makings of a big-time jump ball receiver. As he continues to max out his frame over the next few years, he is someone you need to keep tabs on.

Topher Delp | 5’11 | West Forsyth
Delp is a name we have mentioned before when talking about 2025 WRs in Georgia. His older brother, Oscar, is also a pretty solid pass catcher who is signed to play TE at UGA this fall. Football is in Topher’s blood. One word to describe Delp would be “consistent”. There are not a lot of things on his film that would be considered a red flag. He is a very fundamentally sound player who does a lot of things well. He has soft hands and shows great focus when reeling in deep balls, he also has nice leaping ability which allows him to high point the ball. A physical player with and without the ball, which means he can fight for extra yards and fight through contact to make plays. What really sets him apart is his blocking ability. Some WRs never master that part of the game, but Delp certainly has. Delp can do it all which makes him someone you need to monitor. With continued physical growth, he should develop into a very intriguing prospect.

Jordan Allen | 5’8 | Buford
Allen is one of the more prolific two-way players in the 2025 class, but we project him at WR. Why? Because he is electric with the ball in his hands. At 5’8 and hovering around 150, Allen is not the kind of receiver that will consistently go up and make huge plays over defenders, but that isn’t his playstyle. Instead, he will make defenders miss in space with his twitchiness and run away from the rest with his speed. A big-time difference-maker with the ball in space, which makes him a threat in the screen game. He also doubles as a return man on special teams. A fluid route runner that is super explosive off the line of scrimmage. There aren’t many DBs that can keep up with his game-breaking speed. Allen already has one recorded offer from Georgia Tech, so he is a name that you better get familiar with.

Ryan Ghea | 6’5 | Milton
Ghea is projected to play TE long-term. When you look at his size and factor in his physicality, you can see why. Still, it might be too early to project him to a specific position. On film, Ghea can flex out and play some receiver as well as tight end. He has some very impressive speed for his size, he moves like a deer. On top of that, he is a surprisingly great route runner and is fairly twitchy for his size. As you would expect for a player of his size, he offers a mismatch against every player he lines up against. Being able to run and move in space makes him that much harder to guard. Ghea is a big prospect that can catch the ball, block, and can run with anyone on the field. Because of that, his recruitment has already started to pick up.
