The players rankings were recently updated by the staff. There were 14 players included in the defensive backs group. I am going to review 5 of the defensive backs.

Noah reads the play and reacts quickly to close in and make the stop. He runs well in the open field and covers a lot of ground to stop the ball carrier. Noah is an exceptional defender in man-coverage. He makes a high number of pass deflections, intercepting often. Noah is a physical tackler who displays good technique. He will continue to improve his skill set during off-season training. Cameron displays good speed and lateral movement to close quickly on ball carrier to make the stop. He displays good technique on solo tackles in man-coverage. Cameron finished the season with 27 total tackles, 2 tackles for losses. He plays on both sides of the ball and is an offensive threat at wide receiver. Cameron will continue to improve his skill set during off-season training. Deshaun is a solid defender in man-coverage, deflecting passes, intercepting often. He finished the season with 7 interceptions.
