I take a look at the two of the best QB prospects available in my eyes regardless of rank.

Daniels is our 82nd overall ranked player and the 5th ranked QB. Daniels led his team to a 15-0 record, including the 6A State Championship he won against Philly powerhouse St. Joe’s Prep. Daniels may not have the size or the strongest arm, but he is a proven winner at the highest level of competition in PA. On the season he went 112-for-189 (59.3%) a little over 2,100 yards with 31 touchdowns to 7 interceptions. Daniels really has never been recruited, which is kind of shocking. He does hold a PWO to an FCS school. I believe he could play at that level, but no doubt a D-II QB.

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91474" first="Joey" last="Prentice"] </strong>6’1 200 – North Catholic
In my mind, I believe Prentice was one of the more underrated QB’s in the WPIAL. Prentice led his team to a 12-1 record unfortunately losing in the WPIAL 3A Championship game. He’s a tad undersized but shows a high, tight, quick release who can zip it. He looks to have a pretty decent arm as well. He is athletic that can make plays with his legs. On the season he completed 58.5% of his passes with just over 155 attempts. Prentice also threw for over 1,600 yards with 22 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. Prentice hasn’t been shown to be recruited by anyone. Teams who still looking to add a QB should really take a look at this kid. I believe Prentice could excel at the D-II level.
