2024 Rankings Newcomers: RB

<em>Breaking down the new RB additions to PRZ’s latest 2024 CA rankings including some talented ball-carriers out of Northern California. Look for these playmakers to produce breakout seasons in their junior seasons this fall. </em> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="273580" first="Charles" last="Williams"]- RB, Marin Catholic</b> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Williams was an impact player as a sophomore playing RB and return specialist on special teams. He’s a fast, athletic playmaker that shows burst through the hole and breakaway speed at the second and third levels. He can make defenders miss in space showing short-area quickness and compact feet. He’s a playmaker with reliable hands catching screens and flares out of the backfield. He’s extremely elusive in space and sh0ws good downhill speed. On offense, he’s a fast, athletic ball-carrier that’s explosive at the first level. He drives his legs through tackles and is a difficult player to wrap in space.
