There are 48 offensive linemen in the top 300 and 108 offensive linemen overall for the Class of 2022 in Missouri in the Prep Redzone database.
Today we are taking a closer look at the top five offensive linemen. (Click on the player names to check out their prospect pages on PRZ, including links to their HUDL highlights.)
1. [player_tooltip player_id="99439" first="Armand" last="Membou"], Lee’s Summit North (Missouri)
The No. 9 overall prospect in Missouri in the updated Class of 2022 rankings, Membou started at right tackle for the Broncos with standout junior offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id="37658" first="Cayden" last="Green"] opposite on the other side at left tackle. Together, that dynamic duo helped give Lee’s Summit North arguably the best offensive line in the state – a group that helped propel the Broncos to the Class 6 semifinals.
Membou is a physical 6-foot-5, 320-pounder who moves well enough that he could make a successful transition inside to guard if he doesn’t stick at tackle at the next level. He committed early to the University of Missouri after receiving offers from Kansas, Iowa State, Kansas State, Arkansas, Nebraska, Oregon and others.
2. [player_tooltip player_id="96198" first="Tristan" last="Wilson"], Lebanon (Missouri)
A 6-5, 300-pounder, Wilson played right guard for Lebanon and was a bulldozer up front for one of the state’s top rushing attacks – an 11-2 team that included two 1,000-yard rushers in [player_tooltip player_id="232273" first="Cade" last="Muscia"] (1,724 rushing yards, 27 touchdowns) and [player_tooltip player_id="232276" first="Nathan" last="Bartel"] (1,124 rushing yards, 12 touchdowns).
Wilson committed to Missouri in April after also receiving scholarship offers from Alabama, Miami, TCU, Iowa State, Kansas State, Illinois, Arizona State, Baylor, Arkansas and others.
3. [player_tooltip player_id="96197" first="Michael" last="Capria"], Liberty (Kansas State)
Capria, a 6-3, 280-pounder, isn’t the biggest guy on this list, but he’s been productive for a good Liberty rushing attack. He played right guard for the Jays and could possibly shift to center at the next level. His midseason senior year film shows him getting out and pulling and being able to move to seek and destroy defenders.
A first-team all-state selection, Capria committed to walk on at Kansas State in August after receiving scholarship offers from Eastern Illinois, Southeast Missouri State and North Dakota.
4. [player_tooltip player_id="37545" first="Jimmy" last="Lansing"], Chaminade (Southern Illinois)
Lansing, a 6-7, 300-pounder, has been one of the better offensive linemen in the St. Louis area for a few years and continues to get better and better as he adds strength to his large frame. He’s also one of the more experienced offensive linemen around while playing against the talented defensive lines from De Smet and CBC and, in practice, his own Red Devils squad over the years.
Lansing committed to Southern Illinois in late July after also receiving scholarship offers from Kent State and several Ivy League schools.
5. [player_tooltip player_id="172006" first="Joshua" last="Anderson"], Westminster (Eastern Michigan)
Anderson, the son of former NFL offensive lineman Bennie Anderson, is a 6-5, 290-pounder with a bright future who continues to get better and better.
Anderson, who played right tackle for the Wildcats, committed to Eastern Michigan in early August after receiving scholarship offers from Tennessee State, Southern Illinois and Alabama State.
Next five:
[player_tooltip player_id="37544" first="Ashton" last="Flinn"], Jackson (Murray State)
[player_tooltip player_id="96199" first="Jaylon" last="James"], West Plains
[player_tooltip player_id="177900" first="Keanon" last="McNally"], Kearney (Tulane)
[player_tooltip player_id="258192" first="Rashad" last="Turner"], Carnahan (Southeast Missouri State)
[player_tooltip player_id="101728" first="Alex" last="Todt"], Chaminade (Indiana State)
