DL, Quinterrius Jemison Quinterrius Jemison 6'0" | 230 lbs | DL Norwood | 2023 State OH , 6’0, 230, Norwood
Quinterrius Jemison Quinterrius Jemison 6'0" | 230 lbs | DL Norwood | 2023 State OH is the 9th ranked DL and the 53rd ranked player in the class of 2023 overall. Plays all over the DL even lining up as an OLB at times but predominantly lines up in a 3T. Against the pass, he shows excellent burst off the ball and penetrates the LOS with his quickness. He uses his very good play speed and motor in pursuit of the QB and finishes up with a sack. Against the run, he uses his good play strength and hand use to defeat the block from the OL, squares up and delivers a good hit to the RB behind the LOS for a TFL.

Against the run, he quickly keys and diagnoses the plays, uses his good instincts to take the correct angle in pursuit and displays good technique in his form tackling as he plays with good leverage and drives his shoulders through the larger RB to make the tackle. In addition to playing well as a DB, he also contributes to the team as a WR and KR.

Against the pass, he mirrors the moves of the outside WR and uses his very good play speed, range and athletic ability to stay in phase with his man all over the field. He shows good ball skills as he tracks the ball well in the air, effectively times his jump and is able to deflect the pass with ease for a PBU. Against the run, he effectively uses his play speed in pursuit, squares his shoulders while playing at a low pad level and is able to bring down larger ball carriers with ease.

He is a versatile player who plays as both a LT and RT. When pass blocking, he plays with a good base, keeps his feet constantly moving and delivers a powerful punch to the frame of the DE negating the defenders progress and gives the QB a clean pocket to operate with. While run blocking, he uses his very good play speed and athletic ability to get to the second level. While at the 2nd level, he uses his excellent play strength and physical toughness to drive the LB several yards off the ball and uses his good motor to play until the whistle.

Evan James Evan James 6'1" | 265 lbs | OL Cincinnati Elder | 2023 State OH is the 14th ranked OL and is currently on the Prep Redzone Watchlist for the class of 2023. He plays as a LG. While run blocking, he uses his good lateral quickness and agility to pull through the hole on power runs. At the 2nd level, he uses his very good play strength and hand use to drive the LB out of the play creating a lane for the RB. While pass blocking, he plays with a good base, takes a quick first step to the inside showing good bend and uses his good hands and leverage at the point of attack to prevent the DT from penetrating the LOS giving the quarterback ample time to throw the ball.
