Brenden Craig Brenden Craig 5'9" | 150 lbs | RB Massillon Jackson | 2022 State OH is the 9th ranked RB and the 91st ranked player in the class of 2022 overall. His very good play in 2021 helped the Polar Bears of Massillon Jackson to a 9-3 record, advance to the 2nd round of the playoffs and average 30.67 points per game. He shows very good vision as he quickly finds the open hole and cutback lane and displays very good athletic ability and play speed as he scores on a long touchdown run. He is a reliable receiver coming out of the backfield as he displays very good hands as he makes the catch with his hands away from his frame and uses his good play speed to gain a 1st down.

His great play in 2021 helped the knights of Archbishop Hoban to a 12-4 record, an appearance in the Division II state championship game and average 31.13 points per game. He displays excellent burst through the hole and accelerates to top speed quickly. He uses his great acceleration in the secondary to outrun all defenders as he scores a TD with ease. He is very good in pass pro as he locates the blitzing LB, uses his very good hands and play strength to negate the LB progress and gives the QB a clean pocket to pass from.

His awesome play in 2021 helped the Big Red of Steubenville to a 9-3 record, advance to the 2nd round of the playoffs and average 33 points per game. He displays very good quickness and agility to get to the outside and turn the corner and uses his great play speed to outrun DB for a big gain. He shows very good ability in pass pro as he uses his very good play strength to block larger OLB with ease. He is a good receiver as well as he shows good hands and shows great contact balance as he breaks tackles from DB after the catch and utilizes his great athletic ability to score a long touchdown reception.

He shows good burst through the hole and displays good athletic ability in the secondary as he easily outruns all defenders for a long touchdown run. He is also a very good receiver as he uses his good play speed to get open deep and tracks the ball well through the air before making the catch with his hands in the endzone for a touchdown.

In 2022 he rushed for 1,316 yards on 182 carries (7.2 ypc) and scored 23 TD and also caught 37 passes for 339 yards and scored 2 TD. He helped the Spartans of Roger Bacon to a record of 10-1, advance to the 5th round of the playoffs and average a very impressive 42.63 points per game. He shows great vision and burst through the hole. He runs behind his pads and shows great power and contact balance running through tackles from larger DB and LB with ease. He is very difficult to stop in the open field due to his very good combination of power and speed.
