The offensive coordinator dialed up plays for him and he also was the safety blanket for the quarterback when the play broke down. Blackmon had five receptions for 118 yards and three touchdowns for the Lancers. Bordeaux was Poly’s top receiver with six receptions for 149 yards and a touchdown. He had an 80-yard touchdown reception which was one of the best plays of the week. The passing game shined for the Breakers as it has all season. Degner caught five passes for 167 yards and three touchdowns for Laguna Beach. The sophomore Dellutri caught seven passes for 131 yards and three touchdowns for top-seeded Village Christian. The Tritons found themselves in a shootout game against Oaks Christian but fell short. Taylor had a big receiving game with 9 catches for 153 yards and two touchdowns.
