Sights and Sounds – State Championship Weekend
Four state championship games were played Saturday afternoon around the state and four new champions were crowned: Cleveland (6A), Los Lunas (5A), Lovington (4A) and Robertson (3A). Here are the sights and sounds from the final weekend of the 2021 New Mexico High School football season.
Class 6A: Cleveland 35, Rio Rancho 14
Class 5A: Los Lunas 40, Artesia 28
Class 4A: Lovington 41, Ruidoso 21
Class 3A: Robertson 28, St. Michael’s 7
