Division 4 Semifinal Preview

We’re just under 48 hours away from the state semifinals and we have 2 very intriguing matchups with 4 excellent programs. Here’s a quick preview of each game.
<strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Edwardsburg vs Unity Christian </span></strong>
It’s a very exciting time for both of these programs as they’re both 12-0 and have faced no resistance whatsoever in getting to this point. Edwardsburg is averaging 52.6PPG while only giving up 4.6PAPG. In other words, they win by an average of 48 points per game. Unity Christian is very similar having faced a more difficult schedule averaging 57.8PPG and 13PAPG, a 44.8 average point differential. This is an unstoppable force vs an immovable object and I can’t wait to see who comes out on top.

<strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Freeland vs Chelsea </span></strong>
Chelsea is no stranger to this spot as they were last made the state championship in 2018, and have been contenders ever since. They had a shocking walk-off win against Country Day last week that has propelled them to the semifinals feeling confident, while Freeland is also feeling great having won by 20 points last week. The offensive and defensive numbers are very similar and they have comparable strengths of schedule.
