The Wicksburg Panthers face a tough test in their final game of the regular season. The Slocomb Redtops come to town in a crucial week 9 matchup.

Here are the Panthers’ top players to watch on Friday.

Jackson Glover | 6-2 QB

Glover is an outstanding quarterback that can throw the ball well. He stays comfortable in the pocket and is accurate on every pass he attempts.

Charles Snyder | 6-0 RB, WR

Snyder is a speedy running back that can also contribute as a receiver. He can take any pass or handoff and gain big yards by making defenders miss after getting the ball.

Jaylen Murry | 6-0 RB

Payton Crutchfield | 6-0 LB

Crutchfield has grown into a big role as a linebacker. He makes tackles all over the field and is great in pass coverage.

Izaac Murry | 6-2 DT

Murry is just a Sophomore but is trending towards being a star for the Panthers defense. He can wreak havoc in the backfield and is an outstanding tackler.

[player_tooltip player_id="217479" first="Beau" last="Sellers"] | 6-3 T, DT

Sellers is a force on offense and defense. He blocks well as a tackle and can open lanes in the run game. But at defensive tackle, he can execute well and get pressure in the backfield for a big stop.
