Michael Marinelli Michael Marinelli 5'10" | 185 lbs | WR Cedar Grove | 2022 NJ | Cedar Grove
Marinelli is a 5-foot-10, 180-pound receiver who is not overly fast but took advantage of some weak secondary play. This past weekend his led the state in receiving yards as he hauled in 9 catches for 201 yards and two touchdowns. He scored on plays of 79-yards and 45-yards respectively. He’s a solid route runner who was able to get behind the secondary on a number of long chunk plays.
Jackson Coan | Wall
Coan had a big game this past weekend versus Donovan Catholic as he caught five passes for 186 yards and three touchdowns. The 5-foot-11, 175-pound receiver scored on touchdown passes of 13, 53, and 66 yards. He’s quick off the line of scrimmage and has good straight-line speed. He runs crips routes and shows good body control and the ability to high-point the ball.
Mateo Andrews | Neptune
Andrews had a big game as he helped Neptune to a 38-25 victory over Freehold Township as he caught three passes for 175-yards. Each one of his catches went for a touchdown as he scored on touchdown passes of 57, 58 and 60 yards all in the third quarter. Andrews shows the ability to cut at full speed and shift gears to create separation. He’s a twitch route runner who quickly gets in and out of his breaks and is tough to track down in space.
Tyreek Rollins Tyreek Rollins 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR Ewing | 2022 NJ | Ewing
Rollins had his best performance of the season as he caught 8 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns in Ewing’s 33-22 victory over Hamilton West. He scored on passes of 13 and 38 yards. He also returned a kickoff in the 2nd quarter 82 yards for a touchdown. Rollins is a shifty receiver who is best in space. He displays good run-after-catch ability and is an asset in the return game.
Jake Lengle | Hopewell Valley
Lengle, a 5-foot-10, 165-pound receiver, helped Hopewell Valley to a 48-20 victory over West Windsor-Plainsboro South this past weekend as he caught 8 passes for 172 yards and one touchdown. He used his speed and route-running ability to get past the secondary as he was patient in his routes and setting up the defender.
