<p style="font-weight: 400;">Region play has started for nearly everyone and that has brought on several outstanding performances. We combined offense and defense in this addition of Game Balls but it’s a very well-deserving and extensive list. There are several repeat performers but also a solid list of newcomers.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="89314" first="Kazarius" last="Adams"]</strong>, Gray Collegiate – The senior running back has been a mainstay on this list all season. In just six games, Adams has 1,268 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns. In a 42-0 win over Batesburg-Leesville, he ran for 270 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries. He also returned a punt for a touchdown.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Brandon Boatwright</strong>, Gilbert – The Indians linebacker was a tackling machine in the 41-0 victory over Orangeburg-Wilkinson. He had 15 solo stops to go along with three tackles for loss and a sack.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Bryce Craft</strong>, Ben Lippen – A newcomer to the list, Craft ran for 180 yards and four touchdowns on 28 carries in a 38-13 win over Cardinal Newman. It was the first win of the season for Ben Lippen.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91136" first="Jarvis" last="Green"]</strong>, Dutch Fork – Green did all his work in the first half of a 60-7 victory over White Knoll. He finished with nine carries for 181 yards with four touchdowns. He also added one reception for eight yards.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="200697" first="Owen" last="Plane"]</strong>, Brookland-Cayce – The senior linebacker registered 12 tackles and a fumble recovery in a 28-0 victory over Fox Creek.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Dylan Richardson</strong>, Hammond – Richardson recorded six tackles with two pass breakups and an interception, but his 75-yard punt return got the scoring started in a 14-0 victory over Trinity Collegiate in a battle of top-ranked Class 3A SCISA teams. He also added two extra points.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Blake Smith</strong>, Lexington – The senior defensive back recorded eight tackles, a tackle for loss, three pass breakups and an interception that set up a game-winning touchdown in a come-from-behind 21-20 win over rival River Bluff.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="59480" first="DeQuandre" last="Smith"]</strong>, Spring Valley – Smith did the most of his damage with his legs and not his arm in a 41-0 victory over Rock Hill. He finished with eight carries for 56 yards and three touchdowns to go along with 103 yards passing and a score.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Izayah Whiteside</strong>, Irmo – After a slow start to the season, Whiteside had his best game to date. He was 16-of-23 for 231 yards and three touchdowns in a 44-2 win over Richland Northeast. He added 30 yards and a touchdown on the ground.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Chris Wicker</strong>, Dutch Fork – The Silver Foxes defender recorded four tackles, three tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, one sack in the 60-7 win over White Knoll.</p>
