Indiana Stock Risers: Weeks 5-8

We’re highlighting some of the best players in the state whose stock is on the rise and where they could end up at the collegiate level. [player_tooltip player_id="98001" first="Tyson" last="Miller"] - Jefferson - OT - 6’6" 270 lbs Miller is developing into one of the better Tackles in the area and he’s only getting better. He’s got a massive from that he’s just barely starting to fill out. He has decent footwork for someone his size and isn’t going to make many mental mistakes. He’s now sitting on a few Division 2 offers and has most recently been offered Illinois State. Drew Terrill - Lebanon - DL - 6’6" 240 lbs Terrill is one of the most relentless players in the entire state. He never seems to get tired or give up on any play. He can play any position in the interior of the line if you need him to. Every time the ball is downed Terrill is in the area. He’s listed as a 2-star recruit and is now sitting on a few Division 2 offers and then offers from Ball State and Indiana State. [player_tooltip player_id="98057" first="Mariere" last="Omonode"] - West Lafayette - DL - 6’1" 260 lbs Everyone in the area already knew who Omonode was but he’s only getting better and making more plays. He’s been practically unguardable all year and now he’s getting double-teamed on almost every snap. He’s a freak athlete and is a game wrecker. He can practically handpick his college of choice. The newest batch of offers that have come in are from Arkansas, Kentucky, Appalachian State, and South Carolina. [player_tooltip player_id="98038" first="Ebon" last="Person"] - Homestead - LB - 6’3" 205 lbs I’ve been able to see Person play in person and he didn’t disappoint. He made 13 tackles, 2 sacks, and had a fumble recovery in that week alone. He’s a decent athlete and has a very good head on his shoulders. He’s now listed as a 2-star recruit and is only getting more love as the weeks go by. He’s now got offers from Arizona Christian, Valparaiso, Air Force, Ball State, and Bowling Green. [player_tooltip player_id="39072" first="Sam" last="West"] - Greensburg Community - TE - 6’5" 205 lbs West has exploded onto the scene this year and is becoming a huge weapon for Greensburg. The Junior is getting better every week and you can see the growth and development. He’s a threat with the ball in his hands just as much as he is leading the way blocking. He’s a great overall football player and he’s already listed as a 3-star recruit. He’s now got offers from just about every Indiana school along with Iowa State and Tennesee. We can expect him to take his time in the recruitment game and we’ll be sure to be on top of any major updates with him.
