Chase Hanson, QB, Mascoutah, 2022, Twitter @Ac3Hanson

Chase is a solid dual-threat QB with the arm going with it. He does a great job reading the play and getting through open lanes given by the defense. He is running a 4.43, which makes him a difficult player to trap in open space—interested to see how he does this season and if he can put these numbers up regularly.

Displaying great touch on the ball in the pocket and, more impressively, on the run. Every team Keegan will face this season will key on how to stop him. His Dual-threat ability makes it tough for any defense to handle.

[player_tooltip player_id="155538" first="Camden" last="Robbins"] ATH, Fairfeild, 2022, Twitter @camdenw03

Camden plays DB and WR and plays them both incredibly well; this All-State ATH is going to be tough to handle all season. He has the size to jump over the top of defenses, and his hands are like glue combined with incredible speed.

[player_tooltip player_id="103372" first="Allen" last="Middleton"] WR, Mascoutah, 2023, Twitter @1AllenMiddleton

He has excellent route-running abilities coupled with his solid footwork. Allen has excellent hands catching the ball in traffic and does a good job sitting in the zone-making catches under the defense.

Javion Kizer, OL, Carbondale, 2023, Twitter @jboogie56

Javion, when engaged with the defender, is not going to let up on them until they are on their back. He knows how to keep his feet chopping through the block, and at his size does a number to undersized defensive linemen.

[player_tooltip player_id="157736" first="Karson" last="King"] RB, Kankakee,2023, Twitter @KarsonKing3

Karson showed off his speed during his weekly performance, outrunning the defense at the 3rd level with ease. He did a great job coming back to his QB in pass situations to save the play.

He carries the ball exceptionally well, has good vision, and doesn’t shy away from contact. Silvano does have homerun speed to make the big runs that are daggers to teams.

Carter Baranski, QB, Joliet West, 2022 Twitter @carterbaranski1

Stood firm in the pocket under pressure, completing first down throws. He has an accurate ball inside 25 yards that keep the chains moving.

[player_tooltip player_id="189244" first="Jake" last="Metze"], ATH, Johnsburg, 2023, Twitter @Jake_Metze13

Playing RB and WR, Jake is a swiss army knife when it comes to playing a position on offense. Anywhere he lines up, he is a threat for big yards with his great hands and quick twitchy movements on his routes, creating significant separation.

[player_tooltip player_id="155051" first="Peyton" last="Armstrong"], QB, Tuscola, Twitter @peytonozzy

Peyton demonstrated his dual-threat abilities this past weekend in fine form. He has a good release keeping the ball high, and throws on the run accurately.

[player_tooltip player_id="181798" first="Nate" last="Branch"]TE, Palatine,2023 @NateBranch810

Nate has goods hands making difficult catches more than once in his week one performance. He can open up running lanes with his blocking line up as a Y, inside and out.

Jay Mooring ATH, Fairfield, 2024, Twitter @JayMone00239451

Jay is a fast returner and backup QB that has a canny ability to run through traffic. He will be getting more varsity looks this week; I'm sure after his week one performance.

Nikolas Belski OL, LaSalle-Peru, 2023, Twitter @nikbelski

This young man is a mauler up front putting anyone he touches on their backs. His feet are constantly churning, coming out of his impeccable 3 pt stance.
