Caden showed natural linebacker instincts in pursuit of the ball carrier all night, frequently making tackles (11) while adding a few of those as TFL. His high football IQ, coupled with the athleticism he possesses, makes him a player to account for all night.

Strong, intelligent, and fast at the DE position with keeping his shoulders square to the LOS. He is above an average block shedder that fills the gap takes excellent pursuit angles.
<h5>Darius Stevenson, SS, Westmont, 2023, Twitter @Dwanll</h5>
Don’t shy from contact with more prominent ball carriers, tackling them low at their feet. He plays WR as well with solid route running, good hands, and footwork.

Reads and reacts to play quickly, filling the lanes tackling the ball carrier in traffic. Also, he plays in the trenches on the offensive side of the ball, blocking with feet constantly chopping.

Michael owns the edge with a high motor making the tackle work every play. He Is a powerful tackler running through the blocker and ball carrier.

Omari plays brilliant football, reading the offense and knowing when to come down in the box at the safety position. He plays with a high motor which is impressive as he plays both sides of the ball. Solid pursuit angle to always keep him in the play.
<h5>Dalton Brown, Edwardsville, LB, 2024, Twitter @brown3dalton</h5>
Dalton has a knack for finding the ball carrier using his great play recognition and a high motor. He tackles exceptionally well in traffic and open space—one to watch this season that looks to have a big year.
<h5>Caiden Robinson, DL/LB, Mt.Vernon Township, 2022, Twitter @caiden22_</h5>
Caiden is a solid defensive end/hybrid linebacker that makes a play in the trenches. He was able to rack up 2 Sacks 1 FF 1FR when he was on the line, including some TFL’s. His speed and strength make him a force on the edge of the defense.

Jay brings good size and speed to the defensive back position making him a heat seeker. He gets after it using his eyes and hands to make plays.

Mark plays big and meets the ball carriers with force. He doesn’t allow many catches doing a good job keeping the offensive player in front of him. Had an incredible INT for a TD showing off his acceleration and speed.

Sam has a high motor in the secondary, flying around the ball. He has good play recognition, especially in traffic. He doesn't shy away from the more prominent ball carriers he tackles low.
<h5>Jordan Suggs, DB, O’Fallon Township, 2024 Twitter @He12Different</h5>
Jordan is a ball hawk with 1 INT and 2 PBU’s and six tackles for the sophomore. He tackles exceptionally well in open space paired with a high motor.
