Pasco County Spotlight: Quarterbacks

These players are all talented and have college level ability and skills. Nobody promotes more High School football prospects than Prep Redzone Florida!</span></strong></em></span></p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <p id="E16" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><strong><em><span id="E17" class="qowt-font1-Arial">Owen Walls Cypress Creek High</span></em></strong></p> <strong><em>6’0 145lbs</em></strong> <p id="E20" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><span id="E21" class="qowt-font1-Arial">Walls has started off hot and is 17th in the State of Florida in passing yards through 2 games. He’s lit up opponents for 652 yards, six touchdowns, and completing over 67% of his passes. Also chipped in with 62 yards rushing and two touchdowns on the ground. Walls </span><span id="E22" class="qowt-font1-Arial">gets the ball out of his hands quickly and throws a nice catchable ball. In 3 games he’s passed for 474 yards and 8 touchdowns and completing over 72% of his passes! He also show some effectiveness being able to run the ball with eight carries for 59 yards and a touchdown. Very accurate passer at all three levels of the field, he does have the ability to tuck the ball and run when needed, stands tall in the pocket and delivers passes with the rush bearing down on him. In 4 games he’s passed for 489 yards and 4 touchdowns while also showing his ability as a dual-threat quarterback. He’s rushed for 390 yards and 6 touchdowns and has two 100-yard rushing games already on the season.
