The Stanford Cardinal are very particular about who they sign each recruiting cycle. One of the top athletes across the state, Williams is an impressive defensive back at 5-foot-11 175-pounds who could also turn around and play some receiver if needed. He has great footwork, ball skills, and natural cover skills. He’s a good tackler and will be able to help out on special teams as well. Overall, this is a nice pickup for Stanford as Williams II will bring athleticism and versatility to their secondary.
