Anthony Rogers- |Pike Road| |5’8 175| |WR, RB, KR|
Rogers has been an electric factory for Pike Road so far this year. In Pike Road’s first game against McGill-Toolen, Rogers posted a ridiculous stat line of four receptions for 195 yards and three touchdowns, with a kickoff return for a touchdown as well. Then, against Carrol, Rogers recorded 14 carries for 148 yards and a touchdown. Rogers has incredible speed and elusiveness, and as a freshman, can compete with just about anyone. Power 5 schools have already taken notice, as Rogers has quickly received offers from Auburn and Georgia.
Malik Autry- |Opelika| |6’6 260| |DE|
Due to his size and power, it’s very hard to believe that Autry is a freshman, unfortunately for opposing offenses, he is and will terrorize backfields for the next four years. Autry has great flexibility, strength, and pursuit, allowing him to cause havoc in the backfield. Against Benjamin Russell, Autry had a sack, multiple tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery. Earlier in the summer, Autry received an early offer from Georgia, and he will definitely garner more attention from the next level over the course of his career at Opelika.
Jourdin Crawford- |Jackson-Olin| |6’3 287| |DT|
Crawford has had a hot start for Jackson-Olin, recording nine tackles, three sacks, and a forced fumble against Calera. Crawford has excellent power that he uses to stuff the run and pressure the quarterback from the interior. Crawford also has a couple of fun tricks up his sleeve, as he has kicked extra points and has also been featured in a goal-line package that has seen him convert 2 point attempts before as well. Crawford has been noticed already, having received an offer from UCF earlier this summer.
Zion Grady- |Charles Henderson| |6’4 215| |DE|
Grady is playing excellently for Charles Henderson so far this season on the defensive line. Grady has lots of flexibility and a great point of attack, allowing him to bend by and shed blockers with ease. Grady also has a really solid motor and pursuit to him, allowing him to always cause havoc in the backfield, consistently tracking down and making tackles on the ball carrier. It shouldn’t be a surprise to see Grady pick up some collegiate attention soon, as he is a young defensive talent in the making.
