2025 Rankings Top Five Breakdown

Here we are, time to rank the class of 2025, these kids in most cases have just completed their first high school games, but for some, they have been on the camp circuit this summer also. Here are the top five. Life Christian QB [player_tooltip player_id="193638" first="Isaiah" last="French"] French is, in my opinion, the next great Virginia prep QB. He has the size at 6’3" and 180lbs, and I’ve seen the arm in person and it’s top-tier. I saw him twice this summer, at the Virginia Union mega camp, and at a William and Mary camp and both times, he impressed coaches and myself. Watford just picked up an offer from Buffalo to go with offers from Jackson State, Maryland, Virginia Tech, and Pitt. The 5’10" WR/DB is one of the most talented players in the state, and at Maury, he could become the next Keandre Lambert. The sky is the limit for Bond. He will have to wait a while before playing his first game, as Maury has the first two weeks off. Trinity Episcopal QB [player_tooltip player_id="185396" first="Taegan" last="Logan"] Logan can make all the throws and is a two-sport athlete, also playing baseball. Logan is a real dual-threat and was at all kinds of camps over the summer, getting info from college coaches and getting an early jump in recruiting. His week one game was canceled because of COVID concerns with their opponent but when he gets on the field, he should be dynamite. At 5’11" and 260lbs, there is room for Bacon to grow into a high-caliber OL.

Salem-Virginia Beach DE Ari Watford Ari Watford 6'5" | 234 lbs | DL Maury | 2025 State VA

Watford made a splash in his first game, recording a sack and two TFL against Landstown.
