Platt is quickly rising to one of the top recruits in the 2024 class. At 6’1” 225 lbs. he projects as a LB at the college level but is also a big-time playmaker at RB for the Yelm offense. Possesses all the physical tools colleges look for with his size, speed, and athleticism. He’s an instinctual player that triggers quickly and shows great range working sideline to sideline. He plays downhill and is extremely strong/powerful at the contact point. Elite ability to break on the ball carrier and close space. Already pulled in an offer from Washington and will add many more major D1 offers when all is said and done.

Good ability to execute different blocks and adjust to different fronts, shows he can reach, overtake, and pull with good fundamentals and footwork. He’s a fighter that is able to sustain and finish through the whistle. Picked up an offer from Oregon State over the summer and is one of the top 2024 offensive linemen in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id="115345" first="Blake" last="Springer"], QB, Monroe
Early this season, Springer has shown a great ability to create and improvise. He’s calm under pressure and shows the pocket mobility to avoid the oncoming rush and make something out of nothing. Demonstrates he can be accurate and on time while attacking the defense at all three levels. The ball comes out quick with an over the top delivery and good touch. Does a good job mixing up velocities to throw a catchable ball based on the throwing lane. Love his ability to throw on the run to either direction and hit his spots off different throwing platforms. Has great tools to build on as he continues to develop and gain experience.
[player_tooltip player_id="115333" first="Beau" last="Phillips"], RB, Mount Si
Phillips is an impressive natural athlete with explosive playmaking potential in all three phases of the game. His versatility and athleticism allow him to line up and be effective all over the field including RB, WR, DB, and KR. With the ball in his hands he shows great natural instincts, awareness, and vision to see/create open running lanes. He’s a balanced runner with great acceleration through the hole and lateral agility in space. Possesses a strong and well-built frame at 5’9” 170 lbs. and tested extremely well at the National Preps Showcase last January when he ran a 4.6 laser 40 and broad jumped 10 feet.

Great start to his sophomore campaign, not only statistically but as a reliable playmaker in the Emerald Ridge offense. Advanced technical skillset and route runner for a young wide receiver. He shows a great ability to create separation while being a savvy route runner. He understands how to set up his routes with stems and nods at the break point while maintaining good hip level and fluidity. Strong ball skills with good hands and competitiveness to attack the ball at the high point. After the catch, he can use his speed and lateral quickness to be elusive and turn short passes into long gains. Excited to watch him develop.

Leapai is a force at LB in the Newport defense with 35 tackles and 10 TFL’s in three games this season. He has a great ability to read/react allowing him to disrupt plays as they are developing. He plays fast and physical with great range and burst to close. He easily avoids blocks using his speed and lateral agility to work around blockers and get to the ball carrier.
