With three weeks in the books, we have updated our 2022 rankings. As always, there was plenty of movement up and down the rankings. These are the Top 10 newcomers:

[player_tooltip player_id="198070" first="Julian" last="Cobos"], QB (Santa Teresa): Cobos has taken his basketball talents and applied them to the football field. He has rushed for 302 yards and thrown for 176 as the Desert Warriors have started the campaign with a 2-1 mark.
[player_tooltip player_id="198231" first="Aidan" last="St. John"], RB (Eldorado): After injuries to other players thrust him into the spotlight, St. John has emerged as one of the top running backs in Class 6A. He has 355 yards on 80 carries in the first three games.
[player_tooltip player_id="198240" first="John" last="Fahey"], OL (Eldorado): Who has been opening the holes for St. John? Fahey is listed at 6-foot-5, 298 pounds.
[player_tooltip player_id="198241" first="Joshua" last="Sanchez"], RB (Alamogordo): The Tigers hoped somebody would step up and replace [player_tooltip player_id="26190" first="Sean" last="Hays"] at running back. Sanchez has 223 yards in the first three games.
[player_tooltip player_id="198283" first="Diego" last="Snell-Martinez"], RB (Bloomfield): Snell-Martinez, who doubles as both running back and linebacker, is one of the leaders for a Bloomfield team that’s off to a 3-0 start.
[player_tooltip player_id="198295" first="Devin" last="Rice"], Rio Rancho: Rice exploded out of obscurity a couple of weeks ago when he broke off a 90-yardTD run against La Cueva. He’s the No. 2 RB for the Rams behind [player_tooltip player_id="26227" first="Zach" last="Vigil"], but acts like a No. 1.
