Going into the Fall, there are also quite a few very good tight ends across the state that are poised for huge seasons and who either currently hold offers, or are offer guys during the season. Here, we will look at a few of these prospects and break down their film from last season.
6’5″ 200 Ibs, Rowley Canale Rowley Canale 6'5" | 200 lbs | TE Garfield | 2022 State WA , Garfield HS, 2022
Canale is a long framed kid that will continue to put on weight and grow as he moves through college in a couple years. He is a vertical threat that has strong hands and snatches the ball out of the air and can sink his hips well in and out of breaks for being such a big kid. He also shows he is a long strider in space and can do some good things with the ball in his hands. As he continues to develop, he will be a college caliber player that can contribute.
6’4″ 220 Ibs, Camden Liodhamer, Wenatchee HS, 2022
Also playing on defense, he could find his home at either side of the ball at the next level. A long and active player with a frame that can pack on more weight, he is rangy and explosive at the point of attack. Having strong hands in traffic and high point ability, he also can can play defensive end and is a natural pass rusher that can bend off the edge and close quickly while also showing an explosive first step.
6’4″ 220 Ibs, Bo Graham Bo Graham 6'4" | 220 lbs | TE Woodinville | 2022 State WA , Woodinville HS, 2022
Playing for one of the best teams in the state and holding an offer from Davidson, Graham is a very balanced tight end that can line up inline and is extremely physical at the POA while able to block downfield and finish with good physicality and toughness. Underneath, he is a physical presence and can attack the ball in traffic while turning upfield and gaining the tough yards. Having nice size, natural strength and a physical presence, he should see Division I schools continue to take notice.
