Seniors To Watch in Olathe This Season

I would say the football teams coming out of Olathe, KS are very underrated and come sometimes be looked over. There is a ton of talent in these school districts every season, and this season is no different. Here are some seniors who are not only top dogs in the Olathe area, but some of the top 50 players in the entire state. &nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="35544" first="Anthony" last="Favrow"]</strong>- Olathe West- A clear top 10 player in the state regardless of position, Favrow is our #1 running back in the state. What makes Favrow stand out from the pack, is not just his near 200 pound frame, or his 4.5 40 yard dash time, it is his ability to make big plays that makes him a high player on our Prep Redzone Rankings. Olathe West will be a team to look out for this year, and expect Favrow to make a big impact on those stat sheets this season. &nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="91372" first="Aquantez" last="Love"]</strong>- Olathe North- Love stands out big time on a team that is loaded top to bottom. One of the best players in the entire state, Love has attracted some major Division 1 attention. This season is poised to be an absolute breakout season for the Eagles, and expect Love to play a HUGE part in that on the ground and in the air. &nbsp; <strong>Jacob </strong><b>Parrish</b>- Olathe North- A big time player for the Eagles, Parrish makes tons of plays on both sides of the field. After a HUGE season last fall, offensively he accounted for over 700 yards rushing, and over 500 receiving. Not only that, but he is accredited with 49 tackles last season and 3 big interceptions. This would be an impressive stat line for any player, but most impressive coming from a 6A junior. Expect a really big senior season, and for Parrish to try and expand on his 14 total touchdowns last season. &nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="35552" first="Austin" last="Berggren"]</strong>- Olathe East- Our first QB on the list, Berggren is a great multisport athlete, being a University of Nebraska baseball commit. A very strong QB with great weight room work ethic, this guy looks to lead Olathe East to a big season. At a great 6’3 with a 405 pound squat, Berggren has all the tools to be the leader on and off the field the Hawks are looking for to make a run. &nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="89556" first="Jackson" last="Davis"]</strong>-  Another Olathe North standout on this list, Davis is going to be an underrated player to watch this season. Listed at 5’10 and 200 pounds, Davis has good measurables with a 420 squat, 265 bench and a solid 4.69 40 yard dash. Davis has been getting Division 1 some colleges attention this summer, and look for that to pay off in a big way this fall for the Eagles. &nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="35631" first="Noah" last="Palmer"]</strong>- Olathe North- [player_tooltip player_id="35631" first="Noah" last="Palmer"] is a decorated player for the Olathe North Eagles. Palmer is a big reason factor for the Eagles, as an all-state first team player. Not only one of best QBs in the state, but a top safety as well. Look for Palmer to use his leadership to lead this loaded Olathe North team on a run.
