Prep RedZone Arkansas 2024 Ranking Risers

The class of 2024 is continuing to take shape in the state of Arkansas. As if with the 2022 and 2023 classes we have seen plenty of players rise in the rankings. In this article we are going to highlight some of the players that moved up in the rankings significantly. The 2024 class has the potential to be an extremely talented class in the state of Arkansas Braylen Russell Braylen Russell 6'2" | 190 lbs | RB Benton | 2024 State AR -Running Back-Hot Springs Lakeside The Hot Springs Lakeside running back was extremely impressive all summer long. Between team camps, performance camps, and 7-on-7 tournaments, was in fine form and shot up the rankings to claim the top spot in the class of 2024. Russell was impressive to the point that he earned a scholarship offer from the Arkansas Razorbacks during the summer. The Lakeside Rams are loaded and should contend for a conference title this season. Russell has the potential to have a strong 2021 season. Walker White Walker White 6'3" | 200 lbs | QB Little Rock Christian | 2024 State AR -Quarterback-Little Rock Christian One quarterback that has been extremely impressive all offseason has been out of Little Rock Christian. White has displayed a strong arm this offseason in camps as well as 7-on-7 tournaments. He displayed good mobility last season and is an extremely versatile player at the quarterback position. White has already earned a scholarship offer from Central Arkansas and has the potential to earn more scholarship offers as we get closer to the season. Dax Goff Dax Goff 6'1" | 215 lbs | LB Booneville | 2024 State AR -Linebacker-Booneville Goff has had a terrific summer of offseason performances. Goff has impressive speed and always seems to be around the football. He impressed at camps at Central Arkansas and at performance camps in Dallas over the summer. Goff is an athletic linebacker that can play all over the field for the Bearcats. He has the potential to explode onto the scene this season. Look out for Goff and Booneville. Bryce Perkins Bryce Perkins 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Van Buren | 2024 State AR -Quarterback-Van Buren was impressive in multiple performance camps and 7-on-7 competitions. Perkins is an accurate quarterback that does an impressive job of extending plays. Perkins does a great job of being able to identify the defense and knowing when to throw the football. He is a player that knows when to take off with the football and is not afraid to use his legs to pick up key yards. Perkins and Van Buren will be a combination to watch out for over the next few years. Bryce Essex Bryce Essex 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Har-Ber | 2024 State AR -Quarterback-Springdale Har-Ber Essex is an extremely versatile player. He throws an accurate football and is dangerous when he gets outside the pocket. Essex knows when to throw the football and when to take off with the football. Essex is a player to keep an eye on over the next few years for the Wildcats. The versatility that Essex will allow the Har-Ber coaching staff to be more creative with Essex. Har-Ber will be a team to keep an eye on this season, the Wildcats are a talented team playing in a tough conference.
