The Missouri rankings have been updated for the Class of 2022, Class of 2023 and Class of 2024 and now, just a few days before the 2021 season kicks off, we take a look at some players to watch in our initial Class of 2025 Watch List.

[player_tooltip player_id="177938" first="Isaiah" last="Mozee"], 5-11, 165, WR, Lee's Summit North
Mozee would be a candidate for the No. 1 spot in the Class of 2025 rankings if we had decided to rank these young fellas. He has already received scholarship offers from Miami (Ohio) and Iowa, which makes him the first 2025 prospect to report scholarship offers from Division I schools.
The son of Lee's Summit North coach Jamar Mozee, the freshman standout adds to a loaded squad that returns most of its starters from last year and is led Division I commits in OL [player_tooltip player_id="99439" first="Armand" last="Membou"] (Missouri), DB [player_tooltip player_id="103073" first="Dewuan" last="Mack"] (Kansas) and QB [player_tooltip player_id="171825" first="Tre" last="Baker"] (Abilene Christian) and junior OL [player_tooltip player_id="37658" first="Cayden" last="Green"], the No. 1 prospect in Missouri in the Class of 2023.
It's impossible to predict what kind of impact Mozee can make as a freshman playing varsity, especially on a talent-laden squad like LSN, but he will have one of the state's best quarterbacks throwing him the ball and should get opportunities as older teammates could face more attention from opposing defenses.
[player_tooltip player_id="179182" first="Justin" last="Price"], 5-11, 180, WR, Lutheran North
First-year Lutheran North coach Kyle Wagner has been singing Price's praises all offseason and thinks his freshman wide receiver will be an elite-level recruit before long.
Wagner's squad is loaded, but Price is expected to be one of the starting wide receivers when the Crusaders kick off the season at St. Mary's on Friday. St. Mary's is led by elite wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id="37523" first="Kevin" last="Coleman"], the No. 1 player in Missouri in the Class of 2022.
Price has the benefit of a Division I quarterback in [player_tooltip player_id="37531" first="Brian" last="Brown"] (Southern Illinois) throwing him the ball this fall and we wouldn't be surprised if he put up some decent numbers in his debut high school campaign.
[player_tooltip player_id="179189" first="Keylan" last="LaGrant"], 6-3, 215, DE, Lutheran-St. Charles
LaGrant doesn't look like a freshman and, like his Twitter bio proclaims, quarterbacks should be afraid, very afraid.
The freshman defensive end will add to a loaded Lutheran-St. Charles defense that features Division I prospects in defensive tackles in [player_tooltip player_id="37546" first="Ashtin" last="Rustemeyer"] (Arkansas State) and [player_tooltip player_id="37549" first="Jaydon" last="Wannstedt"], safety [player_tooltip player_id="37528" first="Arlen" last="Harris Jr"] (Stanford) and cornerback [player_tooltip player_id="103071" first="Charles" last="Young"] and up-and-coming 2024 prospects like defensive end [player_tooltip player_id="126242" first="Isaiah" last="Rubio"] and linebacker [player_tooltip player_id="130169" first="Ayden" last="Harris"].
Opposing offenses are likely to focus on the two Division I defensive tackles, which should give LaGrant more opportunities to terrorize backfields and instill fear in unsuspecting quarterbacks.
[player_tooltip player_id="179193" first="Larevious" last="Woods"], 5-7, 190, RB, De Smet
A talent evaluator said this summer that De Smet's incoming Class of 2025 class was like an all-star squad of area youth and middle school teams. Woods figures to be one of the best of that impressive bunch.
The Spartans will have a pair of standout 2023 running backs to lean on in [player_tooltip player_id="37659" first="Allen" last="Mitchell"] and [player_tooltip player_id="101710" first="Keshawn" last="Ford"], a transfer from Trinity, so it's tough to say how much of a workload Woods could get at the varsity level this fall, but he's certainly a player to keep an eye on over the next four years.
[player_tooltip player_id="179191" first="Kameron" last="Eleby"], 6-1, 190, QB, Pattonville
Eleby's older brother, Kaleb, was an underrated prospect in the Class of 2018 who has blossomed at Western Michigan, including throwing for 1,442 yards and 16 touchdowns (against one interception) in five games during the COVID-shortened 2020 season.
The older Eleby's success at Western Michigan means that his younger brother will get a lot more attention. The younger Eleby already has decent size for the position, especially for a high school freshman, and if he continues to develop should have plenty of options for college in a few years.
