August Edition of Ranking Risers 2022

Several times of year Prep RedZone Arkansas updates the prospect rankings. We are going to look at a few of the guys that moved up in the rankings for this month. Prep RedZone Arkansas took into account 7-on-7 competitions, team camps, and performance camps. The season is fast approaching and now is the time to get serious for prospects. Prep RedZone Arkansas will release another set of rankings after the state playoffs are over. Kaden Henley Kaden Henley 6'2" | 225 lbs | LB Shiloh Christian | 2022 State AR -Linebacker-Shiloh Christian The Shiloh Christian Saint and Arkansas Razorback commit has had an excellent offseason. Henley had impressive performances in the Southwest Elite 7-on-7 Tournament as well as performing well in team camps over the summer. Henley is always around the football and has no problem making the tackle. Henley is a player that the Saints are going to rely on this season and he more than earned being one of the top-25 players in the state of Arkansas for the class of 2022. Chas Nimrod Chas Nimrod 6'2" | 170 lbs | WR Bentonville | 2022 State AR -Wide Receiver-Bentonville Nimrod has been impressive this offseason. The future Tennessee Volunteer has performed well at numerous 7-on-7 showcases. In the process he has continued to rack up the scholarship offers. Nimrod has continued to show his ability to create separation this offseason and he has the potential to cause plenty of problems for opposing secondaries this season. Nimrod was another player that moved into the top-25 players for the class of 2022. Nimrod has set the bar high for a strong senior season. Daryl Searcy Jr-Running Back-Joe T. Robinson Searcy Jr. is a running back that should have a strong season in 2021. The Robinson running backed has spent the offseason working on his speed. He has also added the ability to run between the tackles and turn it into an explosive play. Searcy Jr. has always been able to cut the play to the outside and pick up big chunks of yardage. He has had a strong offseason and should be in a good spot to have a strong 2021 season. Jordan Mills Jordan Mills 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB Hot Springs | 2022 State AR -Quarterback-Hot Springs Lakeside Mills is a prospect that has had a strong offseason. The Lakeside Ram has shown this offseason that he can make all the throws needed to run the Rams’ offense. Mills has performed well in team camps and 7-on-7 tournaments this offseason and he has the opportunity to build off of that momentum. The Rams have a strong team and have the potential to be a team that can make a playoff run. Mills is a quarterback that can light up opposing defenses and this should be a strong season for the Lakeside Ram. Bladen Fike Bladen Fike 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Fayetteville | 2022 State AR -Quarterback-Fayetteville Fike is a quarterback that has had an impressive offseason. He has performed extremely well at team camps, performance camps, and at 7-on-7 tournaments. The Fayetteville quarterback has tremendous accuracy and can make any throw needed. He does a great job of moving around in the pocket and he keeps his eyes down the field well. With the momentum that he has built over the summer he will be a quarterback to watch this season. The Bulldogs have talent all over the field and Fike fits in with that talent well. Look for a big season from Fike this season.
