The conversation begins with 5´9¨, 185 pound senior Isaac Schmidt. Slated to call the signals this fall, he possesses fantastic lateral movement and is an overall rugged athlete. Don’t be surprised if Schmidt contributes to the Aggie defense this fall as well.
Caleb Flood is a 5´11¨ wide receiver and defensive back. Flood can do it all, as evidenced by a 100 plus yard rushing performance as a fill-in running back in a playoff game vs perennial powerhouse Mpls North last fall. He is a very skilled all-around athlete who also plays basketball in the winter and is receiving some interest from Division 2 and 3 schools.
John Patros is a 5´10¨, 175 pound senior running back and safety. Patros is very fluid and quick in his hips. That attribute makes him a legitimate threat on both sides of the ball.
Mike Dahlstrom is a 5´9¨, 160 pound senior wide receiver and cornerback. Dahlstrom can fly and has the potential to be the big-play guy for the Aggie offense this fall. Defensively, Dahlstrom has the speed to cover anybody in the conference.
Davon Simmons is a 5´10¨, 170 pound senior running back. Simmons has the potential to be the real deal as a ball carrier. He possesses great vision and his shifty elusiveness makes him difficult to stop in the open field.
Cadman Foley is a 6´, 180 pound offensive tackle with a very promising future. This sophomore has a big frame and will only get bigger and stronger. As a young player that plays with a high level of physicality. he contributed as a freshman on the offensive line which is a pretty rare thing.
The Aggies open their 2021 campaign against Spectrum on September 3rd at Concordia St. Paul´s Seafoam Field at 7 pm.
