Offensive Spotlight
Dorian Thomas Dorian Thomas 6'5" | 220 lbs | TE Kentridge | 2023 State WA , TE, 6’5″ 215lbs, Kentridge ’23
Thomas is a very impressive TE out of Kentridge that projects to explode in 2021. He is a flat out play maker at the TE position that you don’t see very often. He sizes up with a tremendous frame and build and possesses a combination of speed and athleticism that makes him a constant mismatch the high school level. Kentridge likes to utilize him any way possible as he is very effective in the screen game as well. Thomas is a solid route runner overall and possesses a large catch radius with excellent body control. He is very effective after the catch as he displays solid physicality and balance at the point of contact. He possesses excellent speed at his size and frame and has to be an identified threat every play. Thomas has solid hands, making difficult catches look effortless. He is a reliable blocker in the run game as well as he is strong at the POA and flashes the ability to control and redirect opponents. A complete TE that is trending in the direction of a power five level prospect.

Defensive Spotlight
Lemanuel Donaldson, DB, 5’10″ 160lbs, Rainier Beach ’22
Donaldson plays on a talented Rainier Beach team and is a sleeper to watch out for on the defensive side of the ball. He holds solid position versatility at the high school level as he’s made plays at both corner and nickel for Rainier Beach. He sizes up with a slender build with room to put on size, but possesses solid short area quickness and speed within his current frame. Although he is a versatile player, he projects as a corner at the next level. Donaldson reads the QB’s eyes fairly well and displays a nice break on the ball. Solid speed as he is a threat for a pick six if he can come down with it. He eats up ground well showing good closing speed, but could improve his strength at the POA. He does a good job to frequently attempt to strip, rip, or punch the ball out of opponents hands. He had a short COVID season in the spring with just 5 games played, but flashed solid potential with the opportunities he had. He will be an interesting prospect to follow to see if he can make a leap from his junior to senior year given a full season as well.
