These are some of the best playmakers on the defensive side of the ball that are sure to make some noise. He has great size and is a willing tackler which allows him to be played anywhere on the field even in the box if needed. He also has tremendous closing speed to be able to come down and make a play on the ball. Expect Bullis to rely on Bridges to do a lot on the defensive side of the ball. He also is great at playing the ball in the air. With his positioning and ball-playing skills, he is a dangerous deep safety with the ability to come down with game-changing picks. Expect Sannieniola to come down with loads of picks this season. Barnes is a defensive back that does his best work in the box. He is fantastic in pursuit and great in the run game. He is also great in contested ball situations as he has great hands and is adept at knocking balls away. QO has the luxury of playing Barnes as a Nickel backer or as a true defensive back expect him to do a bit of both this season. He has the ability to play press coverage. He is a true shutdown corner as he is fantastic in coverage. His technique and footwork are second to none. He is also great at playing the ball which makes him a real ball hawk as well. The best part is that he is willing to do whatever his team needs him to do as he has even played long snapper at times for Northwest. Lorfils is an elite prospect and will develop into an All-MAC player for Bowling Green. [player_tooltip player_id="155661" first="Jalen" last="Huskey"] Huskey like Lorfils is another shutdown coverage corner. Huskey has the ability to play both press and off coverage. Huskey is great in man coverage. He also has great size that gives him the ability to cover big physical receivers. Huskey is one of the best coverage guys in the state and expect him to continue to shut guys down next season.
