The summer is coming rapidly to a close, however, that does not mean the camp season is completely finished. The Central Arkansas Bears hosted a camp this weekend as did Arkansas Tech and Ouachita Baptist. All three camps give the college coaches a chance to scout some of the talent that the state of Arkansas has to offer coming up through the ranks. We are going to examine some of the recruits that took advantage of some later camps.

Meredith has put in some good work over the past few weeks. He attended the prospect camp at Ouachita Baptist this week and continues to impress scouts. Meredith has displayed plenty of good looks at the tight end position in several camps over the past few weeks. He is a physical player that is not afraid to block opposing defensive players. Meredith is impressive catching the ball and running routes, he is a player to keep an eye on this season.

[player_tooltip player_id="93533" first="Jordan" last="Mills"] is setting the stage for what has the potential to be a strong 2021 season. Mills does a good job of making tough throws look easy. Mills was at the Ouachita Baptist camp this weekend and he was showcasing his strong arm. He went from participating in the Ouachita Baptist camp to putting in some work up in Rogers at the D1-Training facility. Mills continues to do a great job in honing his craft. Mills is a player going into the 2021 season with momentum and confidence, he is a player to keep an eye out for this season.
[player_tooltip player_id="152083" first="Chris" last="Gannaway"]-Running Back-Bryant-2023
The Bryant running back continues to make good use of his time to close out the summer. Gannaway has had the opportunity to flash his speed at several 7-on-7 competitions this summer as well as the Arkansas Razorbacks camp a few weeks ago. Gannaway is continuing to set the bar high as the Bryant Hornets are starting to prepare for defending a state championship. Gannaway took advantage of the Central Arkansas Bears having a camp later in July. Gannaway attended the camp over the weekend and continued to pick up knowledge as he gets ready to receive plenty of carries this coming season.
[player_tooltip player_id="149539" first="Hunter" last="Marshall"]-Offensive Line-Farmington-2024
One player that has stayed extremely busy all summer has been the Farmington center [player_tooltip player_id="149539" first="Hunter" last="Marshall"]. Marshall has attended a number of camps this summer and he has continued to increase his knowledge and improve his play at every camp. To top it all off Marshall has not missed a Farmington team activity. Marshall is closing out the summer by hitting plenty of camps over the weekend. Those camps include Central Arkansas, Northeastern State, and Tulsa. Over the next few years, he is going to be a nightmare for opposing defensive linemen to deal with.
[player_tooltip player_id="135265" first="Dmitri" last="Lloyd"]-Tight End-Fort Smith Southside-2022
[player_tooltip player_id="135265" first="Dmitri" last="Lloyd"] has the potential to open some eyes this season. The Southside tight end has closed the summer strong. Lloyd impressed coaches at both Arkansas Tech and at Missouri Southern. He picked up scholarships from both schools and has the potential to earn some more as the focus turns to football season. Lloyd has been one of my sleepers going into the season and I expect him to have a strong season in 2021.
