Mike London and staff held the last of their four camps on Wednesday, joined by various FCS, D2, and FBS coaches from around the country. With north of 250 players in attendance, there were a lot of players to scout, evaluate, and talk to, here are our top performers from the class of 2024 in no order.
South County (Lorton) 2024 LB Tyler Ohlmeyer
At 6’0" and 180lbs, Ohlmeyer still has room to grow but from the looks of it is already a solid LB prospect. Ohlmeyer’s 5.16 40-yard dash time says he can improve on his speed but Ohlmeyer looked good in drills and takes coaching well. Ohlmeyer got a taste of the big time as a freshman as South County finished their season in the class six title game, losing to Oscar Smith.

Highland Springs (Richmond) 2024 WR Noah Jenkins
Highland Springs is going to be mentioned in these articles a lot as the Richmond recruit mill is pushing out more power five worthy kids. Jenkins, a sure-handed wideout stands at 6’2" and 180lbs, great size for his age and he uses it very well. Jenkins goes up and gets the ball and has great hands and very good route-running abilities. At a recent camp, Jenkins ran a 4.67 40-yard dash and ran a 4.5 shuttle at this camp.
Highland Springs (Richmond) 2024 QB Khristian Martin
Martin was the breakout star of the camp, impressing scouts with his arm and even earning his first offer as the Old Dominion staff offered him a scholarship. Martin was banged up last year but expects to compete for fo the starting job this fall for the Springers. Martin could be the best QB Highland Springs has had in a while if he pans out, at 6’3" and 200lbs, Martin could be a top-end FBS talent in a few years.
Indian River (Chesapeake) 2024 QB [player_tooltip player_id="157082" first="Tyler" last="Allison"]
Allison is a player I’ve been high on for a while. The Indian River signal-caller stands at 6’2" and 170lbs and has already begun picking up offers as Maryland offered him in the spring. Allison has a good arm and great size for his age. Allison struggled a little bit in the covid-delayed spring season but that was true of most 23/24 players as they had a hard offseason, with a season and a more normal offseason, Allison is poised to be the second-best QB in the Southeastern District behind Oscar Smith’s [player_tooltip player_id="126724" first="Ethan" last="Vasko"].
Menchville (Newport News) WR Amir Harrison
The 5’10" Harrison played well in 1-on-1s during the camp and ran a 4.75 40-yard dash that is sure to improve with practice. Out of Menchville, Harrison runs good routes and has improving hands, although they already look good, at least they did at this camp. Harrison is a kid that will need to have a big season in order to really jump off the charts in recruiting unless he gets out to more camps and puts in a similar effort to the one he did here.
