Upwards of 150 recruits from classes ranging from 2026-2021 took part in the Play411 Mega Camp at Virginia Union, hosted by coach Alvin Parker. The competition was fierce and a lot of players stood out. Here are the top six offensive standouts.

2025 Life Christian (Richmond) QB Isaiah French

One of French’s coaches has been in my DMs all summer talking about him and I finally got to see him and "Frenchie" lived up to expectations. Standing at 6’3" and 180lbs, French has the size to be a FBS recruit if he continues to grow but the skill he showcased Saturday indicates that LCA could have a future power five QB on their hands. With [player_tooltip player_id="127646" first="Shain" last="Hoover"] getting more and more reps at WR/TE, French could start as early as this fall for Life Christian.

2021 Varina QB Bobby Dunn

Dunn, who is uncommitted, turned in a really good performance on Saturday as he still seeks a college home. Coming from Varina, in class five, Dunn is battle-tested after going up against teams like Highland Springs. At 6’1", with a 3.2 GPA, he should be able to at the very least walk-on at a good school. Dunn throws a good ball and has good touch on it.

2024 Lord Botetourt (Daleville) QB [player_tooltip player_id="160610" first="Jakari" last="Nicely"]

The third QB on the list, Nicely is 6’0" and 195lbs with a 3.95 GPA and has the potential to grow into quite the good young QB at Lord Botetourt and could blossom into a future FBS QB recruit. Nicely makes quick decisions, and has a very good arm. Nicely dropped some balls right into the receiver’s hands Saturday but was really good on shorter routes.

2022 Highland Springs WR Maquan Smith

At 5’10" and 175lbs, Maquan is a solid receiver and made some really good catches Saturday and has sure hands but what is even better about Smith is his route running which looked excellent on Saturday. Smith is battle-tested from practice alone at Highland Springs going up against multiple FBS recruits daily and has experienced success while at Highland Springs. No offers yet for Smith, but that could be changing soon.

2022 North Stafford RB [player_tooltip player_id="126832" first="Tevin" last="White"]

White, who is set to announce his commitment soon, performed in front of scouts from one of his top schools, Arizona State. White would be quite the get for ASU as he is excellent in the running game BUT also catches the ball out of the backfield with skill and turns up the field quick. White could be one of the most underrated 2022 backs in the state. Whtie is our sixth-rnaked recruit in the 2022 class.

2022 Life Christian (Richmond) OL Tyler Clark

Clark looked great in 1-on-1s and has good size at 6’3" and 325lbs. Clark used his size in 1-on-1s and had one of the best reps of the day. Recently, Clark got his first offer from Alderson Broaddus but that probably won’t be the last one he gets. Clark has the potential to be a G5/FCS recruiting with his combination of size and talent.
