<div>1.[player_tooltip player_id="110171" first="Sam" last="Leavitt"] 6-1 190 QB Westview <strong>OFFERS: Florida St </strong> Leavitt was ranked #1 before the FSU offer and comes from a talented football family, with his brother Dallin currently headed into his 4th NFL season. Sam started as a Sophomore for Pleasant Grove HS in Utah throwing 17 TDs/8 INTs.</div>
<div>2.[player_tooltip player_id="104685" first="Riley" last="Williams"] 6-7 230 TE Central Catholic<strong> OFFERS: USC, Oregon, Oregon St, Washington, Ariz St, Colorado, Utah, GA Tech</strong> This kid is smooth. It's tough to find 6-7 and athletic and Williams is incredibly impressive after the catch. With continued progression the 4* could hold offers from almost everyone in the country.</div>
<div>3.<strong>Donald Stephens Jr.</strong> 6-0 200 RB Grant- I'm a big advocate of Stephens. Watching his varsity freshman film he looked light years ahead of his peers. Expect him to have a monster Junior campaign.</div>
<div>4.[player_tooltip player_id="110176" first="Demarcus" last="Houston"] 6-2 180 WR/CB West Albany <strong>OFFERS: Oregon St-</strong> Houston is a true dual threat, who has great appeal at CB, with his size and overall athleticism. The 3* athlete excelled on the 7v7 circuit playing for one of the nation's best in FSP.</div>
<div>5.[player_tooltip player_id="110242" first="Ryan" last="Oliver"] 6-2 190 QB Lakeridge- Maybe the fastest rising prospect in Oregon for the 2023 class. Oliver has the size and all of the tools to be a big time D1 QB. He hit on 62% of his passes with 12 TDs/2 INTs in the state's toughest conference as a Sophomore.</div>
<div>6.[player_tooltip player_id="147247" first="Earl" last="Ingle"] 6-1 195 LB West Linn- Another kid who is just a phenomenal overall athlete. Ingle earned unanimous 1st team all-conference LB accolades as a Sophomore in the brutally tough TRL. He is physical, quick, and highly intelligent playing the QB spot.</div>
<div>7.[player_tooltip player_id="110179" first="Drew" last="Rodriguez"] 6-2 195 ATH Sprague- Big fan of this kid. Rodriguez started and earned all-conference honors on both sides of the football as a freshman to put his talent into perspective. This past Spring, he caught 20 passes, averaging 25 ypc, with 6 Tds while projecting as a division 1 Safety.</div>
<div>8.[player_tooltip player_id="147240" first="Richie" last="Anderson"] 6-4 215 OLB/DE Tualatin- Anderson comes from a football family and projects as one of the top DE/OLB's in the NW for his class. His 2nd team All TRL honors, while splitting reps, speaks to his success this past season. Expect him to be a conference and state defensive POY candidate in the years ahead.</div>
<div>9.[player_tooltip player_id="110174" first="Kaden" last="Huppin"] 6-0 185 ATH Westview- Expect Huppin to have a breakout season next year, as the Wildcats project as a potential top 10 team, with a litany of nationally ranked athletes on the roster. Kaden tests off the charts which will help from a recruitment standpoint.</div>
<div>10.[player_tooltip player_id="110175" first="Sully" last="McDaniel"] 6-3 215 OLB Clackamas- Somewhat of a wait and see on the football field as McDaniel ranks as one of the top lacrosse athletes in the region. The sky is the limit if he chooses to pursue football, playing Varsity as a freshman.</div>
<div>11.[player_tooltip player_id="110177" first="Keenan" last="Tarbet"]-6-4 205 DE/OLB La Salle- Tarbet broke out as a freshman and followed that up nicely looking like one of the top edge rushers in the state at the 5A level. He will require a consistent double team and be a POY candidate next season.</div>
<div>12.[player_tooltip player_id="110183" first="Jayden" last="Moses"] 6-0 200 LB Grant- As noted numerous times Moses was one of only two athletes to earn all-conference accolades as a freshman at the 6A level. From a projection standpoint the 3* recruit is one of the top overall athletes in Oregon. What level he ends up at will depend on his continued progression.</div>
<div>13.[player_tooltip player_id="110204" first="Baylor" last="Corbin"] 6-2 175 WR Lakeridge- Corbin had an outstanding Spring catching 25 passes for 332 yards in 5 games. He projects at the D1 level and is a potential 1000+ yard receiver, opposite one of the nation's top 2024 WR's in [player_tooltip player_id="152356" first="Joey" last="Olsen"].</div>
<div>14.[player_tooltip player_id="110178" first="Jack" last="Wagner"] 6-4 180 QB Tualatin- Wagner impressed in the secondary this past season, but projects as one of the top QB's in the region. It's a unique situation with teammate [player_tooltip player_id="28854" first="Jackson" last="Jones"] projecting at the D1 level. A good problem to have if you are Coach Dan Lever.</div>
<div>15.[player_tooltip player_id="110180" first="Mark" last="Hamper"] 6-2 195 LB West Linn- Hamper will be one of the top offensive players in the state, but projects on D collegiately. He is another kid who will provide colleges with options from a position standpoint.</div>
<div>16.[player_tooltip player_id="147254" first="AJ" last="Perez"] 6-2 165 WR Tigard- Another one of the fastest rising athletes in Oregon for the 2023 class. He has legit size and started as a Sophomore, scoring multiple TDs for the Tigers.</div>
<div>17.[player_tooltip player_id="147245" first="Josiah" last="Davis"] 5-11 180 RB North Salem- Davis could climb this list quick after having a phenomenal Sophomore season. The 3* RB went for 766 yards and 8 TDs on 96 carries. It will be important for Davis to get out on the camp circuit and show what he can do against top competition.</div>
<div>18.[player_tooltip player_id="110181" first="Jackson" last="Shelstad"] 6-0 170 ATH West Linn- As most know he is one nation's top hoopers for his class. If he wanted to pursue football, he would project at the D1 level. He is one of the top two-way athletes state wide.</div>
<div>19.[player_tooltip player_id="110187" first="Brock" last="Thomas"] 6-0 175 QB Sheldon- Thomas did a little bit of everything on the year, hitting on 70% of his passes (66/95), while throwing 8 TDs/4 INTs. He also rushed for 5 TDs in 5 games (4.5 ypc), while showing off his overall athleticism.</div>
<div>20.[player_tooltip player_id="110182" first="Chip" last="Allers"] 6-3 200 LB Summit- One of the most intriguing athletes in the state. Allers has been incredibly impressive on the camp circuit and with his acrobatic dunks. He has exceptional speed and the potential to be one of the best in Oregon.</div>
