At the end of a hectic few weeks for the summer recruiting season we are taking a look at the top uncommitted prospects in Missouri in the Class of 2022 after taking a quick look at the <a href="https://prepredzone.com/2021/06/recapping-missouris-2022-college-commitments/">top 2022 prospects who have already made college commitments</a>.
Using the <a href="https://prepredzone.com/missouri/rankings/2022-rankings/">list of PrepRedzone’s Class of 2022 prospect rankings</a>, we will look at who has yet to make a commitment and some of the schools those players are currently looking at.
<strong>4. DE [player_tooltip player_id="96233" first="DeAndre" last="(DJ) Wesolak"] Boonville</strong>
One of the hottest recruits in the country, the 6-foot-5, 245-pound edge rusher has scholarship offers from just about any school you can think of, including Alabama, Clemson, LSU, Oklahoma, Georgia and Texas.
Wesolak recently visited USC, Florida, North Carolina, Clemson, Georgia and Missouri.

<strong>5. WR [player_tooltip player_id="37523" first="Kevin" last="Coleman"] St. Mary’s </strong>
The No. 1 2022 prospect in Missouri according to the 247Sports Composite rankings, the 5-11, 170-pound wide receiver has scholarship offers from Alabama, Oregon, Texas, Florida State and Arizona State, among others.
Coleman scored 12 total touchdowns in just four games during his junior season. He caught 19 passes for 426 yards and eight touchdowns, rushed for 74 yards and two scores and scored two more times on returns.

<strong>7. WR [player_tooltip player_id="37530" first="Caleb" last="Merritt"] John Burroughs</strong>
A 6-0, 180-pounder who could play wide receiver or cornerback in college, Merritt’s recruitment has taken off this spring and he recently added several scholarship offers, including from Kansas State, to go with earlier offers from Kansas and Iowa State.
In five games during his junior season last fall, Merritt racked up 536 total yards (317 receiving, 219 rushing) and scored five touchdowns.

<strong>12. DT [player_tooltip player_id="37534" first="Domonique" last="Orange"] North Kansas City</strong>
A 6-4, 300-pounder, Orange has scholarship offers from Ohio State, Georgia, Oregon, Texas, Florida State, Michigan and several others, including the regional schools like Missouri, Iowa and Kansas State.

<strong>13. DT [player_tooltip player_id="37593" first="Jaylen" last="Banks"] Lutheran North</strong>
A 6-4, 270-pounder, Banks has offers from Iowa State, Minnesota, Kansas, Syracuse and Memphis. Banks had 34 tackles and two sacks in six games last fall.

<strong>14. DB [player_tooltip player_id="96764" first="Jay" last="Harris"] Timberland</strong>
Harris, a 6-1, 190-pounder who could play defensive back, wide receiver or running back at the next level, hit the camp circuit this spring and took an unofficial visit to Missouri Western in late May.
Harris recorded 30 tackles, two fumble recoveries and an interception in just five games last fall and added 360 total yards (302 rushing) and three touchdowns.

<strong>15. RB [player_tooltip player_id="37448" first="Wentric" last="Williams III"]</strong>
A 6-0, 195-pound running back, outside linebacker/free safety, Williams was a first-team all-state running back last fall when he rushed for 1,355 yards and scored 18 total touchdowns. He followed that up by winning the Missouri Class 4 wrestling state championship at 182 pounds.
