Class of 2022 QB’s that have stood out in June

<p style="text-align: left;">Today we highlight the Quarterbacks in the state of Illinois that have been helping their stock throughout the month of June. These are players that are a part of the class of 2022. They have been showing up and showing out! Many of the PrepRedzone top prospects are already reaping the rewards and earning offers from universities at each level. Let’s check out some of the gunslingers in the state of Illinois! He’s a player who illustrated a great release, quick feet, and making great decisions with the football at the Lake forest college camp. In his spring season as a junior, Mark threw for 920 yards, while delivering a 13 TD to 1 INT ratio. I believe that the performance he put together at lake forest, led to many turned heads. [player_tooltip player_id="20867" first="Aidan" last="Voss"]: Joliet Catholic Academy- 5’11" 185 lb I was pointed in the direction of Aidan by some coaches. They described him as a “tank” who runs downhill as hard as anybody. This June, Aidan has started to establish himself as a complete quarterback. He has been showing everyone that he is capable of standing strong in the pocket and deliver throws. With his arm strength, he has been making some throws on the run that will translate to playing on Saturdays. [player_tooltip player_id="65707" first="Keegan" last="Glover"]: Benton Highschool-6’0” 165 lb Keegan is a player that is putting together a great month of June. He’s a true dual-threat quarterback who’s capable of fireworks on every play. This spring, he had an impressive 30 total touchdowns, while also throwing for over 1500 yards and having only 4 interceptions. The skillset could be seen at the Southern Illinois camp, where he put together throw after throw. [player_tooltip player_id="154776" first="Aidan" last="Pieper"]: Nazareth Academy- 6’2" 205 lb Nazareth Academy is a school in Illinois that would be described as nothing less than a powerhouse. In that time, they have produced a lot of talented quarterbacks. [player_tooltip player_id="154776" first="Aidan" last="Pieper"] has put himself in position to be the next elite quarterback from there. This June, he has been lights out at the multiple camps he has attended. Finishing up the Rise and Fire camp, Aidan has continued to impress coaches and scouts with his ability to be coached, ball accuracy, and timing of his ball delivery. [player_tooltip player_id="133261" first="Jimmy" last="Makuh"]: Hersey Highschool-6’3” 180 lb [player_tooltip player_id="133261" first="Jimmy" last="Makuh"] is a player who has made the best of his June. He has been working hard and standing out for his own team, at football camps, and at the NFA 7v7 football competition. As someone who has been in different areas of the United States, and being coached by varying types of coaches, Jimmy is starting to build momentum and get better and better. This past spring season, he exhibited the ability to make RPO reads, and the downfield pass off of play-action. This June, he is illustrating the ability to make throws on all 3 levels. <div class="article-content"> Keep an eye out for the 2023/2024 prospects. They are gaining some serious traction as well. This is only the beginning for a lot of guys! </div>
