2022 Running back Watchlist

We did our rankings and now we are looking at some of the top senior running backs who have moved up or rankings and who are some to watch this coming up season. If you keep up with football news which you most likely do if your reading this. You will more than likely hear about these guys' names in the headlines. It’s not a question if just when. These are some worthy running back prospects to know heading into the season. &nbsp; &nbsp; [player_tooltip player_id="136658" first="Connor" last="Wisham"] | 6’0" 180 lbs | RB | Zachary Connor finished out the season strong last year with just over 1,000 yards rushing on 128 carries. He has tremendous top-end speed. He can hash open holes with his speed and agility and beat everyone to the end zone. He’s got dangerous speed. The guy looks like an attack star out there on the gridiron. He’s not bad on special teams returning kicks either and that’s a severe understatement to his ability to return kicks. He’s one of those backs who can play in a spread type of offense, slash through the open holes. Make a few cuts and then put up six on the scoreboard. I really like this running back and the senior class of 2022 is loaded and this prospect can be mentioned with those high on our list. &nbsp; &nbsp; [player_tooltip player_id="136661" first="Taelon" last="Nicholas"] | 5’10" 190 lbs | RB | Catholic (Baton Rouge) The Catholic star running back will definitely rack up a lot of yards and touchdowns this season he’s got an elite ability to spin out of tackles or break arm tackles. He’s dangerous ya’ll and thus man deserves the spotlight and some offers this season. Nicholas is definitely an FBS prospect with a high ceiling for success in college. &nbsp; &nbsp; [player_tooltip player_id="136662" first="Jotavious" last="Morris"] | 6’1" 205 lbs | RB | Woodlawn (Shreveport) Well first off Jotavious has tremendous size for the running back position. This is really special for a guy who can move as well as he does and be that size. He’s a back that checks off all of the boxes. He’s got the size, speed, and talent. College coaches if you don’t know, you will know this guy's name before too long.
