<span style="font-weight: 400;">La Salle safety <strong>Marcus Powe</strong> verbally signed with the University of San Diego on Monday.</span>
Powe was a strong safety for the Lancers and plays a lot of man coverage. He has the ability to give a decent cushion and still come up and break up passes.
He is also an elite receiver who had four touchdowns in a win against Salesian and earned <a href="https://prepredzone.com/2021/04/southern-california-top-receiving-performances-week-4/">player of the week</a> honors.

Murrieta Valley athlete [player_tooltip player_id="25360" first="Tiger" last="Bachmeier"] was offered by Oregon on Tuesday.
Bachmeier is an elite receiver who had 600 yards receiving in just five games for the Nighthawks. Defensively, he had 18 tackles and a fumble recovery.
He also has offers from Boise State, Oregon and Pittsburgh.

Carlsbad class of 2024 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id="115456" first="Julian" last="Sayin"] picked up two offers this week.
Oregon State offered him last Sunday and Utah State offered him the day after.
He was the backup behind his brother, Aidan, who was a senior who is headed to Penn this year. In four games, Julian attempted 14 passes for 124 yards and a touchdown for the Lancers.
Utah State was the ninth school to offer Sayin.

Mater Dei linebacker [player_tooltip player_id="25279" first="Eoghan" last="Kerry"] got two more offers this week.
Tulane and Howard offered the junior outside backer.
Kerry had six tackles and a sack for the Monarchs this spring and helped lead them to an undefeated season.
Kerry has 11 offers, Colorado being the biggest one.
