UCLA got verbal commitments from two class of 2022 prospects in Southern California.
[player_tooltip player_id="25250" first="Clint" last="Stephens"], a two-way star from Inglewood, committed to the Bruins on Thursday. Stephens told 247Sports that his commitment to UCLA is solid, but he is taking an official visit to USC on June 11.
[player_tooltip player_id="25257" first="Jalen" last="Woods"] of St. John Bosco committed to UCLA on May 9. He is a versatile outside linebacker who is good at stopping the run and also effective in pass coverage. He had 23 tackles, three for a loss and an interception for the Braves this spring. Woods also had offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Kansas and Miami among others.

Brown caught 40 passes for the Chargers this spring in six games for 664 yards and eight touchdowns. He is around 6-feet tall and 175 pounds. He is a good route runner who finds holes in zone coverage and can create matchup problems for some defenses.
He is also on Edison’s baseball team. Brown also has offers from Penn and Dartmouth.

Sidney has 11 offers including Arkansas, Ole Miss, San Jose State, San Diego State and UNLV among others.
