The New 5A classification is going to be loaded with talent across the board and there will be exciting matchups every Friday night. On behalf of Prep Redzone, here is your preseason All-State team. These athletes have had excellent high school careers to this point and have already accomplished so much. They are sure to take big steps to further their success in the 2021 season. He is elusive in the open field and shows plenty of toughness on contact. Numkena has a knack for finding the open field. He has outstanding stance mechanics and body control that put a lot of strain on an offense. Wiseman’s interior pass rush and run defense is elite. He launches out of his stance with great fundamentals and body control. Both his run defense and pass rush are very mature. Gaffney’s discipline and execution is stellar.
