The 2024 class has the potential to be a talented one and the depth of the class is what stands out about the receivers and athletes in this group. We are going to look at some players that scouts and fans should get to know now.
Courtney Crutchfield Courtney Crutchfield 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Pine Bluff | 2024 State AR -Pine Bluff
Crutchfield is a wide receiver that can stretch the field for the Pine Bluff Zebras. He does a good job of creating separation from the opposing defensive back through the use of his athletic ability. Crutchfield will high point the football and use his 6-2 heigh well to create problems for the opposing defense. He has the speed to cause problems for the opposing secondary and he will be a wide receiver to watch rise through the ranks over the next few years. Crutchfield has the potential to be a division one wide receiver that will see playing time on Saturdays in the future.
Greyson Riggins Greyson Riggins 6'3" | 190 lbs | ATH DeWitt | 2024 State AR -DeWitt
Riggins is a player that can line up at the wide receiver position or the tight end position. Riggins causes headaches for the opposing defense. Defensive coordinators have a tough time deciding who will cover Riggins. Will it be the linebacker, a safety, or a cornerback? Riggins has terrific speed, and he uses it well when running his routes. He has shown that he can be a playmaker in the passing game. Meanwhile, he does a great job in blocking for his teammates. Whether it be run blocking or pass blocking. Riggins is a player that scouts are going to want to look at closely at both the tight end and wide receiver positions. Riggins has a bright future ahead of him.
Dyelon Caradine Dyelon Caradine 6'2" | 160 lbs | WR Malvern | 2024 State AR -Malvern
Caradine is a wide receiver that can play the slot or outside receiver positions with equal effectiveness for Malvern. Caradine uses his speed well to create separation from the opposing defensive back. He has impressive hands and does not drop passes. The Malvern coaching staff has lined Caradine up all over the field and he has been effective. Caradine has the crisp route running ability to play the outside receiver as well as the slot working across the middle. He is going to be a fun wide receiver to watch develop over the next few years.

The Lakeside Rams have an impressive roster taking shape for the 2021 season. One of the most impressive 2024 wide receivers to keep an eye out for is AJ Howard AJ Howard 6'3" | 170 lbs | WR Hot Springs Lakeside | 2024 State AR . At 6-3 and 170-pounds Howard has the size to be a threat in the red zone and he can high point the football. He has good speed and the athletic ability to create the separation needed to haul in the reception. The dual-sport athlete has an excellent chance to have a big 2021 season. Howard is a player to keep an eye on at the wide receiver spot over the next few years. Plenty of potential in this wide receiver out of Lakeside.
Shawn Rycraw Shawn Rycraw 6'0" | 175 lbs | ATH Bryant | 2024 State AR -Central Arkansas Christian
The Central Arkansas Christian coaching staff is creative with how they use Rycraw on the field. Rycraw is a versatile young man with the ability to play the running back, safety, and wide receiver. Rycraw has tremendous ability catching the football. He has good hands and does a good job of getting into the open field. Rycraw is a nightmare to bring down in the open field and it takes more than defensive player to bring him down. Rycraw has potential to be an explosive player this season for Central Arkansas Christian. Scouts will want to make sure to catch a game at Central Arkansas Christian this season.
