Another tall DB whose height puts him at an advantage over smaller receivers. Kylin definitely has a nose for the ball and shows great awareness out there on the field. He has above-average ball skills and can even be used as a hybrid in be brought down in the box to play against the run. Arkansas and Louisville have been the last to offer.
