Cannon shows up as a great contributor in all three phases. Cannon has good ball skills. He also proves himself to be a disciplined player. Cannon is a good tackler. Proving his versatility, Cannon contributes in all three phases, adding to the value that he would bring for any team.

He also has a tremendous break on the football. Harmon does a good job putting his foot in the ground and driving to the ball. Harmon is a good run-stopper. He is also good at the line-of-scrimmage. He uses his hands well at the snap and can put the receiver off his route and affect the timing between the quarterback and the receiver.
