<span style="font-weight: 400;">As offensive players continue to get better the defensive back position becomes more and more valuable. Georgia has many gifted defensive back prospects. As the off-season continues prospects are putting in work to keep improving their game. Now is the perfect time to further scout prospects through reviewing additional film and keeping up with off-season events. Today we are going to highlight multiple defensive back prospects to pay attention to this off-season. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">*This list is in alphabetical order</span> <hr /> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="33900" first="Marcus" last="Allen"], Class of 2022, Walton</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Allen is one of the better cornerbacks in his class. He displays good coverage skills and can run with receivers. He uses his hands well when in press coverage and can disrupt receivers’ rhythm. Allen breaks on the ball with a good burst. Allens has good ball skills and shows this on both sides of the ball.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><strong><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EDwW8" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><i>Highlights</i></a></strong> <b> [player_tooltip player_id="95445" first="Mumu" last="Bin-Wahad"], Class of 2022, Grayson</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bin-Wahad is a versatile defensive back. Bin-Wahad can play safety or corner and outside or in the slot. He has a good understanding of coverage responsibilities. He does not let anything over the top. He can cover a lot of ground. Bin-Wahad has good feet and flips his hips well.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EBBpd" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="34014" first="Michael" last="Daugherty"], Class of 2023, Grayson</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Daugherty is another talented defensive back from Grayson. Daugherty flips his hips well and rarely takes false steps. Daugherty has the build of a future Power 5 player. Our 2nd ranked defensive back from the class of 2023 has the range to play center field or deep half. Daugherty is athletic and it shows when he breaks up passes.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><strong><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EHHRu" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><i>Highlights</i></a></strong> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="34015" first="Caleb" last="Downs"], Class of 2023, Mill Creek</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Downs is an extremely impressive safety. He is our 1st ranked defensive back and 5th ranked prospect in his class. He has fantastic instincts and flies to the football. </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Downs is viable in run support and will engage ball carriers. </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Downs has great coverage skills. Downs is a great athlete with good leaping ability. </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">He has the skill set to be a nice ball hawk. </span><strong><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2Enm8b" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><i>Highlights</i></a></strong> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="95463" first="Emory" last="Floyd"], Class of 2022, Hillgrove</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Floyd is a safety with track speed. He can cover the deep half or center with ease. He has a nice backpedal and is a very fluid runner. </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Floyd can run with receivers.</span><span style="font-size: 1rem;"> </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Floyd possesses a nice lengthy frame. Floyd flashes the ability to high point the ball or take it away from receivers. He has what it takes to strive at the next level. </span><strong><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EmKNs" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><i>Highlights</i></a></strong> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="95467" first="Ryland" last="Gandy"], Class of 2022, Buford</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gandy is an impressive cornerback. He has decent size and length. Gandy can run with receivers and make plays on the ball. He has good ball hawk skills. Gandy is often one of the better athletes on the field. He flips his hips well and gets in and out of breaks. Gandy’s footwork is great.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2Et2r2" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="33860" first="Marquis" last="Groves-Killebrew"], Class of 2022, Brookwood</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Groves-Killebrew is a tremendous athlete. He flies to the football and moves extremely well. The Georgia commit has shown great technique and fundamentals when playing corner. He has some of the best coverage skills of any defensive back in his class. He can play man or zone. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><strong><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2ERXag" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><i>Highlights</i></a></strong> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="33885" first="J.Q." last="Hardaway"], Class of 2022, Hardaway</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hardaway is a lengthy cornerback. His frame helps him break up passes. Would like to see him take fewer false steps. Hardaway has solid change of direction skills and leaping ability. He makes good low tackles. Hardaway has what it takes to succeed at a DI program.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EiB5K" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="34023" first="Terrance" last="Love"], Class of 2023, Langston Hughes</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Love is one hell of a talent and is our 9th ranked overall prospect in his class. The safety flashes the ability to come up in the alley to support in the run game or against screens. He has great feet and good speed. Breaks quickly in coverage, making tackles and breaking up passes. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EcwNH" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="95163" first="Dainsus" last="Miller"], Class of 2022, Creekside</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Miller is a great cover corner. Miller plays with great instincts that help him excel in run support. He should add some weight given he is only 160 lbs. He is one of the better athletes on the field. Miller flips his hips well and plays with a good stance. He is awesome in pass coverage.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><strong><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2Ei70a" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><i>Highlights</i></a></strong> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="97098" first="Ethan" last="Nation"], Class of 2023, Roswell</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nation is an excellent ball hawk. As a sophomore, he was tied for the most interceptions in Georgia with 8. He possesses good fundamentals. Nation moves really well and flies across the field. Nation is great in coverage, covering the deep half extremely well. He is well on his way to being a successful DI player.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EH7Cw" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="95150" first="Jadarian" last="Rhym"], Class of 2022, Valdosta</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rhym has solidified himself as one of the best defensive backs in his class. The LSU commit has great feet, twitch, and speed. Receivers have a hard time getting open when Rhym is in coverage. </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">He is awesome at deflecting passes. </span><span style="font-size: 1rem;">He changes directions with ease. Rhym also has an ideal frame. </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EuRLz" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="33879" first="Andre" last="Stewart"], Class of 2022, Brookwood</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stewart is an explosive prospect. He moves well around the field and displays a good burst in pursuit. He is not afraid to come up and make tackles. The corner can play man or zone. The Kentucky commit is a gifted prospect.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2DnYfP" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights </i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="34007" first="Avieon" last="Terrell"], Class of 2023, Westlake</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Terrell is an excellent athlete. He moves really well and is a speedster. He can run with receivers. Terrell has great ball hawk skills and good hands. He rarely takes false steps and gets in and out of breaks. He plays fearlessly. Terrell has excellent coverage skills. He is developing into an awesome prospect.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EeTY3" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="34043" first="Daiquan" last="White"], Class of 2023, Creekside</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">White is a promising cover cornerback. He plays the position fundamentally well. White can run with receivers and is great in coverage. White has great football instincts and reacts quickly. He can play physically when necessary. He is capable of helping in run support and gets downhill quickly.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><a href="http://www.hudl.com/v/2EPJrZ" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong><i>Highlights</i></strong></a> <b>[player_tooltip player_id="95468" first="Caleb" last="Wooden"], Class of 2022, Archer</b><b> </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Wooden is a great safety. He impressed last season, holding his own in coverage against some of Georgia’s best receivers. He plays very fast with a quick reaction time. His lengthy frame helps him break up passes. Wooden is comfortable playing center field or the deep half.
