Running Backs from 8A District 1 to Watch in 2021

Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level.</span></strong></em></span></p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <p id="E19" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><em><strong><span id="E20" class="qowt-font1-Arial">Devin Outlaw, RB- Oakleaf High  c/o 23</span></strong></em></p> <p id="E23" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><em><strong><span id="E24" class="qowt-font1-Arial">5’10 206lbs</span></strong></em></p> <p id="E27" class="x-scope qowt-word-para-0"><span id="E28" class="qowt-font1-Arial">Outlaw shared the backfield this season at running back for Oakleaf, he ended the season rushing for 329 yards and 1 touchdown. With Willie Simmons and Adrian Grey graduating the offense looks to rely on the running game. He runs with power, has good feet in the hole, nice cutback vision, and does a good job absorbing hits, and keeps his legs churning for extra yards. Weatherly rushed for 345 yards, 4 touchdowns, and averaging over 9 yards per carry last season! His recruiting is heating up this off-season with an offer from the Air Force Academy, he’s a dynamic athlete, his burst and acceleration jump out on film, he has home run speed, agility, balance, and is an outstanding return-man, his vision and ability to make defenders miss is impressive, Bartram trail uses him all over the field and even splits him out into the slot, he can play multiple positions at the next level. He has the ability to hit the hole inside or to bounce runs outside because of his speed.
