The 2022 class looks identically impressive as well, led by [player_tooltip player_id="30140" first="Ka’Marii" last="Landers"]. There are also a group of 2023 names that have started to emerge as highly touted recruits. Here’s a look at some of the top prospects for the 2021 season:
[player_tooltip player_id="30140" first="Ka’Marii" last="Landers"], Fordson
As the best offensive line prospect in Michigan for 2022, it’s easy to put Landers at the top spot in this piece. Listed at 6’4, 290, Landers presents the nastiness you like to see in the trenches. He blocks till the whistle and presents a technical side to his game. His anchor shows promise with room to improve through continued strength building.

[player_tooltip player_id="30143" first="Jackson" last="Pruitt"], Cass Tech
Cass Tech is a factory for high school prospects. It’s no secret that Pruitt is looking like another special prospect from the Technicians. At 6’3, 260, Pruitt shows tons of promise as an interior offensive line at the next level. His strongest traits are his lower body strength and his run blocking. Like Landers, Pruitt is a physical lineman who can transition to the next level nicely. His footwork is polished and he keeps his balance centered.
[player_tooltip player_id="30162" first="C.J." last="Aldred"], Waterford Mott
As advertised at 6’4, 310, Aldred can move people around. On run blocks, he is able to get to the next level and make a block. His strength is evident on tape, as he often overpowers his opponents. Aldred could be a dominant lineman at the next level in the right type of offense.
[player_tooltip player_id="30179" first="Cooper" last="Phillips"], Dakota
Phillips could be one of more dynamic players in the 2022 class. His athleticism on run blocks as well as his dominant anchor in pass protection present a player that could rise up the boards in his senior season. A lot of his game is still raw, but with clear signs of development every season. His sophomore tape is worlds different than his junior season, where he showed signs of dominance in the trenches. Phillips is a name to watch in next year’s high school football season.

[player_tooltip player_id="30165" first="Garrett" last="Masterson"], Lapeer
Masterson is set a big senior season next fall. He’s shown tons of physical traits to be excited about, including his immense size. At 6’7, 300 pounds, Masterson presents a physically dominant game with solid balance in pass protection.
