In todays under the radar article, we are going to take a look at five wide receivers that are floating under the radar. However, those five wide receivers are getting ready to blow up this offseason.
Landon Semrad Landon Semrad 6'4" | 195 lbs | WR Prairie Grove | 2022 State AR -Prairie Grove
Semrad is a wide receiver that is a big play threat for the Tigers. He is a player that you have to account for at the receiver spot. Semrad is 6-4 and 190 pounds, and he uses that size well to high point the football. Semrad is an unselfish blocker; he is more than willing to do the dirty work and spring his teammates for a big play. Meanwhile, when Semrad has the ball in his hands he produces. He racked up 843 all-purpose yards in 2020 and tacked on 12 touchdowns. For college teams that need that red zone threat look no further than Semrad, the young man is a definite threat in the red zone.
Jackson Cox Jackson Cox 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR McGehee | 2022 State AR -McGehee
The wide receivers that put in the work and are unselfish teammates are the ones that really stand out to me when watching games and practices. Cox is another wide receiver that has no problems at all blocking for the talented McGehee rushing attack. When a play needs to be made in the passing game the Owls have no problem looking in his direction. He does a great job of running the routes and creating separation. Cox runs a 4.6 forty-yard dash and that is speed that can cause problems for opposing defensive backs. Cox is going to be a player to watch this offseason and this season, He has the potential to do some big things for the Owls.

Arlie Lee Arlie Lee 6'1" | 200 lbs | WR Stuttgart | 2022 State AR is a player that the Stuttgart coaching staff does a terrific job of designing plays for him. Lee has terrific speed and is a threat to score from all over the field. Stuttgart makes use of Lee’s speed by using him as a playmaker in the running game on jet sweeps. Lee uses his 6-2 frame well to go up and high point the football in the red zone and he will haul in the passes. The Thundering Herd of Marshall have taken notice of Lee and have offered him a scholarship recently, and that will be the first of many scholarships offers for the Stuttgart wide receiver.

Chase Cross Chase Cross 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Hot Springs Lakeside | 2022 State AR is an explosive slot wide receiver that can line up in the slot and at the outside receiver positions. Cross uses that terrific speed to create separation from opposing defenders and he is a threat to score from all over the field. He has that rare ability to make a difficult reception look extremely easy. Hot Springs Lakeside is going to have an opportunity to stretch the field with Cross and he has the potential to really light up some scoreboards this season. Look for Cross to have the opportunity to impress scouts this offseason and he has the potential for a special season in 2021.
Cooper Smith Cooper Smith 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR Bentonville | 2022 State AR -Bentonville
The Bentonville Tigers have a number of talented options at the wide receiver position. Cooper Smith Cooper Smith 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR Bentonville | 2022 State AR is a receiver that can work in the slot but also stretch the field as an outside wide receiver. He has the ability to go up and high point the ball in the red zone. The routes that Smith runs are crisp, and he has a second gear when he gets into the open field. The Bentonville receiving corps is a talented one and it can be easy to fly under the radar but at the same time be incredibly productive. Look for Smith to have a terrific offseason and a productive season and his recruiting should blow up over the next few weeks. The potential is there for a big season.
