We all know that this past season was tough on every team, player and coach in the state of Florida.
The pandemic had all of us on edge every day – not knowing what the immediate future held. But for head coach Chris Harvey and his Clearwater Central Catholic Marauders, there were signals during the 5-5 season that gave this program something positive.

Those lessons were indeed applied in wins over Sarasota Booker, Dade City Pasco, Sarasota Cardinal Mooney, Wiregrass Ranch and city rival Clearwater.
Heading into this off-season, the objective was to play on a strong group of prospects coming back.
CLASS OF 2022 WILL GUIDE THIS PROGRAM
With a number of prospects in the Class of 2022, this is certainly a program that is capable of doing some impressive things.
Besides quarterback [player_tooltip player_id="50163" first="Bryson" last="Martin"] (6-2, 200), just about every other player on this team can play multiple positions.
Prospects such as OL/DL Bruno Boyens (6-2, 290), Tyler Ferguson (LB/RB, 5-10, 200), Brandon Kennedy (DB/RB, 5-9, 160), Anthony Fox (DE/OL, 6-0, 240), Nathan Cox (DL/OL, 5-11, 230), Will Maafu (DB/FB, 6-0, 215), [player_tooltip player_id="50021" first="Melvin" last="Jordan"] (LB/RB, 6-0, 215), London Hall (DB/WR, 6-2, 200) and OL/DL T.J. Demas (6-2, 295).
There are also kicking and punting specialists Claudio Cosenza and Bruce Busch.
CLASS OF 2023 IS GIFTED
While the rising senior class certainly has the talent and athletes, this 2023 group of rising juniors also has some quality two-way athletes.
Standouts like Nate Johnson (DB/WR, 5-10, 150), David Green (WR/OLB, 6-4, 180), Carson Schiavello (SS/WR, 5-10, 170), Shane Elam (OL/DL, 6-2, 280), Curtis Roberts (LB/WR, 6-2, 180), Noah Vick (DL/OL, 5-11, 255), Kevin Terry (OL/DL, 6-4, 250), Lenwood Sapp (RB/LB, 5-10, 180) and OL/DL Ceddrick Cann (6-2, 280).
Also, keep an eye on rising sophomore DB/WR Andy Jaffe (6-1, 170).
