[player_tooltip player_id="100935" first="Isaiah" last="Broadway"]-Running Back-Sylvan Hills
Broadway spent his junior season at Lancaster High School in Texas. Broadway will be playing his senior season at Sylvan Hills and will be looking to light up the state of Arkansas this season. He has 13 scholarship offers from Baylor, Houston, and Cincinnati to just name a few. Broadway is a threat to score from anywhere on the field. Broadway enters the rankings at number 11. However, he will likely be moving up the rankings throughout the course of the season.
[player_tooltip player_id="92894" first="Chase" last="Jessup"]-Offensive Line-Lake Hamilton
Jessup is a powerhouse offensive lineman out of Lake Hamilton. Jessup has earned three scholarship offers from Kansas, Middle Tennessee State, and Vanderbilt. Jessup does an excellent job of creating rushing lanes for the Lake Hamilton rushing attack. Jessup plays with a mean streak and can be overpowering from a run blocking perspective. He has the potential to earn more scholarship offers as the offseason progresses. Jessup has division one talent, and it will be interesting to see how he continues to improve this season.
[player_tooltip player_id="93521" first="Dewayne" last="Ashford"]-Wide Receiver-Crossett
We just missed on Ashford we when were putting together the initial rankings for the class of 2022. Ashford has big play potential whenever he runs a pass route. The Crossett coaching staff does a great job of putting the ball in Ashford’s hands. Ashford is a threat in the red zone, and he does a great job of using his athletic ability to highpoint the football. Ashford has proven to be a willing blocker for his teammates and is more than willing to do the dirty work to spring a teammate into the open field.
[player_tooltip player_id="92751" first="Brooks" last="Edmonson"]-Offensive Line-Bryant
The state of Arkansas is deep when it comes to talent along the offensive line and [player_tooltip player_id="92751" first="Brooks" last="Edmonson"] is a part of that talented position grouping. Edmonson has played both the center and tackle positions for the defending state champions and has performed well at both positions. From a pass blocking perspective, he is a solid pass blocker getting into the opposing defensive linemen quickly. When Edmonson is asked to run block, he is quick and can overpower opposing defensive linemen. He does a good job of beating defensive linemen to the punch and is quick out of his stance. Edmonson has terrific potential and I look forward to seeing what he will accomplish this season.
[player_tooltip player_id="93558" first="Drew" last="Wright"]-Quarterback-Bentonville
One of the most talented teams in the state going into the 2021 season is the Bentonville Tigers. [player_tooltip player_id="93558" first="Drew" last="Wright"] comes into the 2021 season with plenty of goals he would like to accomplish. Wright has all the tools to accomplish those goals. He throws an accurate deep ball and is not afraid to extend drives by using his legs to pick up first downs. Wright does a good job of extending the plays but keep his eyes down the field as he does. Wright is going to be a quarterback to watch during the offseason, he has the potential to explode this coming season.
